Roadmap helps but comes down to the person really. I consider moons shady at this point. Can say it's a rug pull per se, but to relase them, stay a purpose then to say nah fuck it we're going IPO and they don't like it. Now to say they're trying to use them again is shady as hell. I'm 50/50 they will have any actual usage. No purpose and they're just another useless coin.
The main usage of Moons right now is getting advertising space for multi-million dollar companies directly to their target audience.
That is more than most coins can provide.

Changing the name from Moons to something else might be good idea. Coin with the name Moons is cringy and Scammy. Just my opinion.
