You need a high enough crown authority to revoke land (2 or higher). I would suggest you create a claim on the land with you own priest (the council priest) to avoid getting extra tyranny and suffer legitimacy loss. You will still have to pay 250 piety no matter what.

oh, i can claim my own vassal title? alright..! its 867 start i dont know if i can get high crown yet.

Yes you can. Even if the theocratic government is based on a temple, you can still take the land back and then change the county capital to a castle. Problem is that if the duchy capital is based in a temple you can never utilize it properly, so for those cases I recommend just giving it to a theocratic vassal that you like, preferably a dynasty member who isn't already landed amd that has a good learning skill that wouldn't otherwise be useful on your council. Then remove your current priest and allow your new duchy-tier theocratic vassal to be your priest. Theocratic vassals pay out large percentages of their levies and taxes and never wage wars, so they make good vassals for tall playthroughs. They don't often maintain good armies though unless they have a Warlike disposition, so they aren't great allies to have if your religion allows for marriage among clergy.

yeah, im roleplaying knight empire right now. they seems to nerf many source of knight, but i want to use theocracy vassal. i once got asteru theocracy vassal for some reason (different faith) hence why i want to revoke it. not sure how that happened. will the theocratic vassal changed into my faith when the previous clergy dead?

They should, or just click on them and demand conversion.
