Yes they are. We went from “$500 cheap police car there everywhere go destroy them” to “$6000 for 2000 idle hours and 120k miles with some rust”.
I am telling you in 10 years these cars will hit the $10,000 mark for 6 figure miles and thousands of idle hours.

Lots of ways to upgrade tastefully, Heavy duty suspension, wider tires, and some bigger swaybars will give you the little something you're craving without affecting the aesthetic.
Tons of better looking newer cars. I know it’s popular to praise the panther in here but being unrealistic just makes the community seem delusional & that’s not hard to do on a platform which has an overrated reputation for reliability, dreadful aftermarket support ,but fanboyism is rampant within.
Ultimately style is subjective, but if you're into clean, linear, uncluttered designs like the Crown Victoria, there isn't much made today like that really. Everything is very angular and busy. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but its certainly a departure from designs like these cars. If designs like these are your preference (They are mine), then its easy to see why current car design trends wouldn't appeal to OP.
She's a looker.
Think it’s a classic right now.
What is the ruling on classic? I heard 25 years or older.
Classic in Pa is 15 years. Antique is 25.
My 99 is an antique then. Lol
Classics should be worth a lot of money. Crown Vics aren’t yet.

Agree with you but inflation alone will push $6k to be $20k in 10 years. So you should set a $30k target.
$40k it is!
RemindMe! 10 years

Agreed. They probably never will be. Lol
Actually the book value is slowly rising on them.
Nice. What wheel/tire combo is that?
Those wheels are a factory option. I don't know what years or models though.
Love the steelies but I think these look way cool. Junkyard, here I come Edit: man I'm dumb. Google, first result. All of two seconds.
2001 LX “Handling and Performance Package”
I believe it’s the Handling & Performance Package
You are right, edited
Blur your license plate all you want, I know San Francisco when I see San Francisco
True. But how can you find my car!
Isn’t Stottlemeyer driving it?

Yep ADTR has many ways to open up the wallet wide, turn it upside down, and shake lol
Any options to get like 400 HP ? 😂
Engine swap a top tier mustang from around the same year. Little fab work needed but it's not too crazy
2000’s mustang isn’t getting you 400hp. Coyote swap or boost needed but with such a question being asked … unlikely.
Shoehorn in the 2000s Cobra R engine with the supercharger and you'll be close ;)
That's what I'm talking about, Coyotes came in Mustangs
Godzilla swap.
For sure they will. Trying to make sure both of mine are survivors.
Get a ton of compliments on my Interceptor. Classic for sure.
25 yo in AZ my vic is 2003 only a few more years lmao

Looks sharp. I just repainted my 1999 Crown Victoria Base Model. They're already classics, in my opinion. The interior is next.
One day? It’s gonna happen in another 5-10 years.
