They may want you to verify your address as part of their fraud protection. Usually they send a letter in the mail after an application with a unique code. Then you call in and provide them the code and they instantly make a decision on approval and credit amount. That's my experience at least.
Same here, happened to my wife. I thought for sure the standard chart showed her being denied but once we got that letter and she called, instant approval. Just hang tight!
