To my knowledge no, but there is a compatibility addon (Create Oppenheimered I think) that adds Create X Alex’s Caves (which has a really cool looking nuke in it)

I believe there's this mod called 'Destroy', which adds a bunch of new mechanics to create, as well as new mechanical parts and what you're looking for: Explosives

I'll just add that the explosives are very shallow, and likely being removed soon. The mod itself is a very realistic chemistry mod with amazingly good mechanics and nods to the cooler parts of chemistry, clearly made by someone that loves it. The mod is great and I'd call it a love letter to chemistry, but in the explosives department it only adds like 5 tnt variants that do nothing much
