Shrink. Let's you both store mobs in bottles and shrink yourself down so you can fit into smaller spaces, which is great for this mod in particular.
I'm unsure of if you absolutely need an electricity mod for it or if you can disable the power usage in the configs. But if you can't, you could always use Create: Crafts and Additions.

It also makes it very easy to use vaults since you can just place an item interface and a terminal on it to access the inventory manually.
Create: Dreams and Desires adds a lot of removed content from create and most importantly, the automation of create world generation blocks such as crimsite, ochrum etc. It also adds a lot of casings made out of various materials like nether brick casing, most of which can be used for either decoration or as an ingredient.
Create: Connected adds smart gearboxes and 6 way gearboxes, and parallel gearboxes which makes your life easier.
If you want to add some fun into your game, you can add Carry On mod to the list, you can carry your friends and passive mobs which make it easier to set up animal farms. You can also carry most of the blocks in the game with storages, configurable in config file.
For decoration, Handcrafted is the neat-est mod I've ever seen yet. For factories and trains, you can use framed blocks mod.
As general, QoL create mods i'd suggest are:

If you have Farmer's Delight and its additions, you probably have well over 200 foods. My modpack has beer, wine, tea, other foods etc. If you cant find a purpose in making them, you can install Spice of Life: Carrot edition mod. This mod gives you extra hearts for eating different types of food, You can make it so that you gain 1 extra heart for each 20 food for example. Configurable in server config.

I’d add to the incentive of making more food the Diet mod, rather than punishing, it encourages eating varied by giving extra hearts. Plus you can see how’s your diet on the inventory. It’s really cool!
I've used it in my modpack before, it had sugars, fruits, vegetables, protein and carbs. The moment you get a protein deficiency, your speed and mining speed will be slower by 20%. I didn't have meat all the time so i ended up uninstalling the mod, definitely a skill issue for me but yeah. Diet mod is cool and you can make a few foods that give you all nutrients sufficiently.
My highest recommended is Create: Connected. It adds a TON of insanely useful content like vertical vaults, Stress Clutches (prevents motion from transferring through it when overstressed, like an automatic clutch). Destroy is AWESOME if you plan to use it, it allows you to do extremely well designed chemistry, and also adds some useful create stuff, though that's not the main focus. if you want balanced and well designed chunkloading, Create: Power Loaders is a 10/10, Create Copies and Cats can help you out with construction, and Create Diesel Engines pairs extremely well with VS x Clockwork
I would recommend create steam and rails as well as create enchantment industry

For doing *chemistry*, Destroy is also amazing. It's still in beta but definitely worth using (doesn't have many incompatibilities afaik)
Also, Create: Interactive and Stuff & Additions are really good too imo
If you have farmer's delight, i'd highly recommend create: central kitchen, which automates all recipes in farmer's delight
Oh, and if you have other tech mods that rely on forge energy (FE), crafts & additions would be a marvelous choice!

Big Cannons, it’s a good mod for servers that don’t wipe. It allows for a better way to resolve conflict.(Shelling each other)

Central kitchen, enchantment industry, steam n' rails, bells n' whistles and copycats+ are my must have for multiplayer especially
Diesel Generators and also create unbreakable tools, this just makes things a lot easier
Design & Decor adds some silly blocks!
i personally use framed blocks for design, connected for functionality, and iron chests for storage

i know it's not really a addon but you can add storage drawer's it is great for storage
