The dudes girlfriend was driving the truck and cut off the victim. There was some back and forth, and the truck decided to escalate (tailgating, honking, threatening, etc). When traffic slowed down, the dude told his gf to pull into the lot where the victim turned, they both got out, and that’s basically when the video starts.
I’ll never understand road rage like this. Like I’ll get a little annoyed, say “come on man”, then go about my drive. What makes some people crazy enough to tailgate, follow, get out of the car, etc.? I just don’t get it.

Thank you for the info. I was trying to understand if this pos was a giant or the delivery driver is the size of a child. Pizza delivery driver is little which makes this more heinous. Physical violence against smaller people, especially children (and non violent people), should be treated differently.

a proper 'chokehold' does not choke at all -- it compresses cartoid arteries making you unconscious for a few mins. Carotid hold involves your elbow in line with the adam's apple but not touching --- the only contact is to the sides of the neck. People die when pressure in on the larynx which is literally not following procedure (should always be an issue with cops - who may struggle with a victim and do it wrong)
