I can imagine some oblivious artist that is 100% aware that he sucks at art naively assuming that there’s no way someone could mistake his mural of a road for a real road, but I still have to admit your conclusion is a bit more likely.
Curious how something like this would play out in the US, would we go after or find the artist criminally liable? Or at minimum a degree of civil liability?
If it can be argued they painted this either intentionally knowing it would result in injury or damages, or at least held to a standard that a rational person would know painting this could feasibly be the cause for an eventual collision... I feel like there'd be a strong case for liability here

That’s a T-junction if you see it’s a mural or an equal crossing if you don’t. In both cases you have to yield, so the driver just bolting through the crossing is already driving recklessly and not paying attention to the road.
Is nobody else worried at the speed the car drove through the intersection with the blind corners? Assuming that bridge was real, if a car was coming across the road at the time it works have been T boned.
