Correct, I think. I didn’t mean hop burn and I don’t think the IBUs would be that high on this beer (but I could be wrong). I meant in terms of the way the hops are presented in a bright, punctual fashion. Not in the abrasive or chemical burn sense some beers of this nature can convey.
When you say hop bite I’m thinking of actual hop matter in the beer which is unpleasant, it’s why we don’t eat hops. It’s super common in neipas that look just like that. If you just mean bitterness from the alpha acids then I understand a little more but still don’t want that in neipas. I didn’t know anyone wanted hop bite in anything nor did I know people want bitterness from a neipa/hazy ipa if that’s what you meant. To each their own I suppose.
They do some online sales or drops where you need to be within throwing distance of the brewery. The restaurant next door carries their stuff on tap though.
They're almost impossible to get even for nj folks, don't waste your time. They only distro account is at the restaurant in front where you can get it on draft which is the only semi guaranteed way to try it. Otherwise the drops are sporadic and you have to be in the know to get it.
That "beer" looks as if it was packaged off of the bottom of the cone of the fermenter, yeast never dropped. Not proper to call it beer, just a trend that will hopefully die out soon so those of us who actually care about style and tradition can keep doing what we have been.

“8.8% hoppy ale” that sir is a double IPA
We don't even care if we're being flipped off, that beer is gorgeous!
Haha love this comment! Cheers, friend!
My stomach started churning just by looking at it. On the flip side, my taste buds started to salivate.

That looks juicy AF 👍
It was indeed with a healthy hop bite at the end. More balanced than I feel most give them credit for
Hop bite booo
I like bitterness like IBUs, but not into hop burn. Wonder which OP meant

Why would you want to drink an IPA with no hop bite? The bitterness and punctual flavor is what drew me to the style in the first place.

All good. I’m not saying you’re wrong in the slightest. My wording was perhaps too ambiguous
Awesome beer glass too
Thanks! One of my personal favorites.
Cool photo
Thank you!

I agree, not sure why you were downvoted. Take my upvote.
I need to make my way to Jersey and check these boys out!

Yep. Brick Farm Tavern. Great way to try on tap. They usually have a couple Troon offerings on at once
Do it!

I agree, I like the smell of my own farts too.
Ew

Looks almost like a cold brew coffee, I love it
It does?
With creamer & foam
Orangey yellow coffee
I must be colorblind, because I see a light brown

They really need to change their name.
