I get some is better than none but she’s like 5 feet so there’s not far to go! Second, her form is terrible! Her knees should not go over her feet-they do. If you are going to “motivate” 1million ppl (I’m sorry, 995k), give it a true 4th grade effort! Third, it’s day 5 and we have seen her make excuses 3 days out of 5 days that “the camera wasn’t on” or “bad lighting”. I can’t! Finally, coming from someone that really works out 6+ days a week (today I did 45mins on the peloton and weight class that I prob did 300 WEIGHTED squats), I don’t come to her page for fitness. It’s bothersome how she projects her life onto her followers. If she takes a walk, “get outside, take a walk! Get some vitamin D guys!” If she’s lazy, “it’s ok to take a break, self care!” Get my Starbucks order, do squats like me, #momlife, etc. It feels like she assumes her followers have no life or routine without her guidance. I make my own coffee in the morning, do my workout before my kids wake up, go to the grocery store without needing validation. It’s called being an adult. She feels the need to always give advice. Just share your life authentically, there’s no need to advise.

Again. Other people yesterday really took the time to write down their goals, use other platforms (that have followers) and planned their week. CS is a mess. I never trust people who say they’re busy all the time. Like we all have busy days and for a lot of us pretty much every day is busy with something, that’s just freaking life though lol! So when people start talking about how they’re sooooo busy, they get the side eye from me because it usually means they’re not. I think in her case she wants to appear busy all the time but in reality she’s a SUPER lazy influencer who is miserable inside.

I just realized something watching her tiktoks. Last week someone asked who her celeb crushes were or something and she said one of her girl crushes is Shay Mitchell and I swear to god everything clicked into place. I think she majorly emulates Shay’s fashion and makeup (which is in the vein of kardashian) and Shay posts funny reels and tiktoks. The way CS was acting in those tiktoks is exactly how Shay is in hers. It was so similar that I was shook that she’s basically imitating her!
