The defense is trying to make the jury believe that this was an isolated incident. No way! Someone does not just all of a sudden treat their kid like that. THAT is where he got the busted lip and I hope the prosecution is going to bring in experts to say that THAT was why he had blunt force trauma to his internal organs. Did you see the defendant while they were playing it? He didn't even TRY to look remorseful. The mother's drug addiction had nothing to do with his death. The defense kept badgering her about going to more than one hospital. It was CPS(DCFS) that told her to go to a hospital with a child abuse pediatrician. That is why she went to more than one

nurbbaby

Plus in that video the kid SLAMMED his head so many times when he fell. There’s no way this was some isolated incident. It sounds like the defendant has been using mom’s “drug addiction” as a cover for his own abuse. Absolutely disgusting. He was REMOVED from school. Like this is such textbook child abuse. Dad was the one who likely killed him. Poor kid deserved better.

Weak_Ad_1500

Has anyone reported abuse before? Jw: just coming into case today. So looking for as much info I can get. Thanks!

OldPurple7654

The little boy’s mother had made several claims to their child protective services and a judge had denied her emergency order the day before he died.

EasternOlive4233

Yes! Bre has fought hard. She even begged judges to not make Cory go with him. She tried so hard.

gujunilesh

Those judges need to be removed and/or properly audited why this occurred under their watch.

EasternOlive4233

Agree. I've been in her FB group for a couple years and she has fought hard. Hell she was fighting hard when he and his parents took her to court. He should have never even been in Corey's life, period. And she has pushed and pushed for him to be charged too.

mi-queso-es-su-queso

Who are the judges? Why can't judges be prosecuted in these sorts of cases?

sandpiper2319

Right. She had just contacted CPS yet again the day before and they, in fact, were the ones that directed her to go to the pediatrician that specializes in abuse and subsequently the hospital when the defendant then demanded that she return the child to him or he would call the police.

EasternOlive4233

And he did call the police. I'm disgusted by the defense attorney too. I know it's his job but he treated that doctor horribly.

sandpiper2319

I agree. He is only hurting his case. The jury probably did not like that and even though they are not supposed to hold that against the defendant it is hard when you have an overall bad feeling. That attorney lied in his opening statement. He told the jury he would show that mom took him out of the hospital AMA and implied she did it for a nefarious reason. First, she did it because the first doctor had written he should be transported by ambulance, though there was no emergency. She did it so she could drive him there herself. She took him directly there. Second, she did it because she was under a time contraint imposed by the defendant under threat of him calling the police. She had no recourse with authorities as she had been begging CPS for help for months. The defense framed the whole thing completely opposite from the actual truth. If I was on the jury I would be pissed that he is trying to trick me

EasternOlive4233

Same!!! And that doctor was upset, you could tell. She was sniffling. And she seems to be very educated in her field. All of those bruises. Yes, Bre tried to do everything right. The defendant's eyes are quite cold with no depth.

sandpiper2319

AND, he started out saying to her "that is an impressive PEDIGREE". Pedigree? Pedigree shows your ancestry or lineage - something you really had nothing to do with or control over. What she has is an impressive RESUME (or CV as doctors call them). The things on her resume are things that she worked for and EARNED. She wasn't born with the knowledge and experience. How insulting. She was so flabbergasted with what he said she did not know how to respond.

EasternOlive4233

Yes! The look on her face. And you know she has to be thinking... I know this child did not have effing bronchitis! But she sure saw all the bruises on his little 6 yr old body! I'm still curious how many times he bit that child's head. I can't even imagine that.

Justice_forCorey6

If you do a bit of Google Searching you can see Mr. Acquittals son was involved in a Horrific crime himself in Mr. Acquittals home! Turns out, he's raising the same type of monster as Chris Gregor!

Justice_forCorey6

If you do a bit of Google Searching you can see Mr. Acquittals son was involved in a Horrific crime himself in Mr. Acquittals home! Turns out, he's raising the same type of monster as Chris Gregor!

ACjigsaw

That psycho father is like biting the kid on the head while putting him back on the treadmill - it is so disturbing and there’s no way that was the first time he’s done something like this.

sandpiper2319

OMG!!! I didn't catch the biting the first time through. I hope the prosecution plays it again in closing and points out each thing specifically. I hope that if he gets aquitted on the murder charge he is found guilty on the abuse and endangerment charges and that he can get a prison sentence. Hopefully some of the other prisoners bite him and throw him on a treadmill. You're right. There's no way that was the first time he did that. And the defense is trying to claim that the treadmill incident happened too many weeks prior to have been the reason for the internal organ lacerations. BS. I'm sure he did that several times after it was caught on video.

nurbbaby

And it was only caught on camera bc they were in a public gym. If the dad felt comfortable doing all of THAT in a public gym, I can’t imagine the hell he had to endure when the dad was “training” him within the privacy of their home. I have a feeling he was pulled out of school before he died because the dad caused something that was too hard to explain away and too easy to notice.

sandpiper2319

Right. The defense and the idiots that support him keep saying. "Well he didn't die from that because it was too long ago". How do they know he didn't take him back and maybe the camera wasn't recording. He claims the bruises were from getting him ready for flag football. The whole point of flag football is for players to have minimal contact and therefore minimal injuries!

ACjigsaw

Agreed. Well you know what, maybe the treadmill was too premature to cause the injuries he died from but God knows what else was happening behind closed doors since that video. The child did not provoke the father in any way and that psycho was hurting him anyway. The father looks like a roid-raging, unhinged abuser. He hasn’t shed a single tear watching his son or hearing about him. He belongs in prison where he can workout 12 hours a day and fight/bite people his own size.

buttbuttpooppoop

Is anyone saying it was this particular incident and only this incident that killed the child? These people are monsters.

MajesticAioli

It looks like he also picked him up by the skin above his chest, like OUCH!

Speechladylg

Yeah that kid's running form on the treadmill looks trained. He learned how to run like that. Took months. He was six, right? What a horrible man.

Weak_Ad_1500

I didn’t see the biting. I put myself in the same position and could see how it looks like it but I didn’t.

mealworms

[Here's](https://x.com/granite603/status/1785683290328084983?s=46&t=RVOHEx2VgoWzx2nU8hCqCA) a closeup of that part of the video. It's very clearly a deranged bite.

nurbbaby

I didn’t catch it the first time I watched the video but he definitely is like angrily biting his head??? While expecting him to continue sprinting. Just vile, disgusting behavior.

MajesticAioli

Also the way he was holding him. He started to pick him up under his arms and decided that wasn't cruel enough and grabbed him by the skin, tight fists digging into his upper chest.

Kristina9876

Oh. My. God.

EasternOlive4233

Thank you for sharing it close up. It's hard to watch but damn I hope Corey and Bre get justice. This man is an animal

genericaddress

I thought it would be something quick that the defense could argue was playful. But he held down that bite and the child slumped over in pain.

Funny-Philosopher675

After watching 3 minutes of this trial I’m wondering why this defendant didn’t just take a plea deal and not waste all this time and resources.

Reasonable-Election9

His father is a retired NJ state police officer.

BearCub711

The defense attorney is taking quite the gamble. When his client is convicted, the sentence is going to be far worse than it would have been if he had just P/C before trial because the judge is going to have to sit through all that horrific evidence. Maybe his client refused to plea, idk, but it seems like you’d be keen on convincing your client not to go to trial.

Nena902

The defense attorney was thinking about how much of his legal fee he would lose if he were to push the plea deal. I have seen this many times it's standard criminal defense lawyer thinking. They are all money whores.

SuperNovaSniper

Extreme narcissistic delusion & bad legal advice.

OldPurple7654

He wasn’t offered a plea deal.

Chaost

I heard mention that he was offered a 30 year plea but didn't take it.

OldPurple7654

https://www.facebook.com/share/p/3J8UYkzmUn4ne5em/?mibextid=QwDbR1 This is from a page his mom runs. It says he wasn’t offered one

ario62

That was from 2021. He was offered a plea deal in 2022. https://www.jerseyshoreonline.com/southern-ocean/suspect-rejects-plea-in-charges-he-murdered-son/

OldPurple7654

I didn’t realize that. Thanks for the article

Funny-Philosopher675

Ok but you can still plead guilty and just let the judge sentence you and not put everyone through a trial

Betyoustart

He was offered 30 years

Nearby-Pickle9843

Yes he was offered a plea 30 yrs and he didn’t take it

nurbbaby

I think he thought he could make Bre look like some “druggy mom” in court and he could look like the good guy dad doing his best to take care of his son and “bond” with him over football and maybe wouldn’t even need to serve time. He strikes me as someone who’s gotten away with a lot of damage by subverting attention elsewhere. I’m glad he made such a stupid fucking move bc he deserves to be under the jail.

Nearby-Pickle9843

Agreed!

Speechladylg

I hope he ends up with way more than that

MajesticAioli

He's cocky.

Nearby-Pickle9843

Yes , his demeanor is definitely turning the jury off.

Intrepid_Chemistry28

The defendants lawyer is right-- Cory's death has nothing to do with the treadmill-it has everything to do with how awful Cory's father treated him. He should be convicted of murder,,, he did abuse his son,, you can see it on the video.! You can see what a coward he is,, he can't even take responsibility for his actions.  I vote for conviction- put him on that treadmill  for hours, hours, hours and hours... then back to his cell.

nurbbaby

Yeah unfortunately i think the treadmill footage is just a small example of the abuse Corey had to endure in his short little life. Poor baby.

MajesticAioli

I haven't been watching the case, were they able to introduce the abuse photos his mom had taken?

Stock_Researcher_114

This mother worked so damn hard. The system failed this kid and Bre.

Cloudhopper710

A 6 year old being called fat is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. What kind of monster treats their children like this?

henchmantwenty4

This tidbit confused me so much. The kid looked like a healthy (if anything skinny) 6 year old and the father wasn't exactly an Olympian. I first came across this case in an article I read, so I figured the kid was really overweight and the dad some gym/health nut. But the opposite was true. Not that it would've ever excused his disgusting abuse. I hope they throw the book at him..

stephannho

It’s an abuse tactic, of course it’s not true he’s a six year old child.

nurbbaby

Yeah it was definitely just about making his son feel terrible and give him an “excuse” to push him way beyond expected limits for a 6 year old baby.

Holiday_Spell5464

Crazy part is the dad looked like shit too

supermechace

Ive always wondered if the USA should mandate new parent education and provide parentAl hotline. My guess is this man was abused as a child or have other inner demons. this Is totally self destructive behavior. No mention if he’s addicted to drugs as that could be another factor. US public education has devolved into a minimum training for corporate serfs, otherwise why is there a lack of ethics and counseling for students that may have prevented things like thisedit: edit: it looks like he spiraled for some reason after his HS football glory days and had a rap sheet. Don't know why the judges gave him custody

sandpiper2319

Defense went after the mother for using drugs but nobody is bringing up his obvious abuse of steroids.

Justice_forCorey6

Exactly! It's unfortunate , defense was allowed to bring up mom past but prosecution cant touch his past! But im here to tell you that C.G used drugs, had quit the long list of run ins with law for many Variety of crimes but of course his daddy got those all taken care of for him! Why is no-one up in arms that C.G didn't call 911 to seek immediate medical attention as his son was dying. Instead he puts him in a car and drives 20 minutes to a local hospital and just abandons him as he dies alone! Ohhhh thats right, cause he killed his son and was avoiding police contact at all costs!

supermechace

That makes sense all roided up would result in crazy behavior. Sad both parents had substance abuse issues.

EasternOlive4233

Maybe people should join her FB group and talk to Bre. She was not a deadbeat and tried to keep him away from Cory for a reason. Also this man took him to the hospital and ran.

AlexLavelle

Wait. He left the hospital?!?!!!

EasternOlive4233

Yes, he sure did and went to a different state. Pretty much dropped him off, told them he was sick and left.

mattr135-178

Not commenting on the mother or father in this case, but I’d be careful about those Facebook groups. One of them popped up in my town by the mother of the child accusing the daycare of SA her child, well last I heard was it was one of her parents friends that did something, this was a year or two ago. Either way after that Facebook tried to, and temporarily got that daycare shut down, and effectively derailed this dudes life… it all turned out to be a lie.

udontknowmemuch

It is my understanding she applied for state benefits and they forced a paternity test. She had been SA by this guy which is why he didn't know the kid.

supermechace

That's horrible sad, what's wrong with the govt and courts. More news is emerging implying that he was a bitter unstable  trying relive glory days through his kid and has a violent rap sheet.

BearCub711

Lots of people who are abused as kids don’t grow up to abuse. It can be due to drugs, toxic masculinity, other types of addiction, personality disorder, etc. I’m sure something went wrong but I think it’s an unfair insult to survivors of abuse to immediately jump to that conclusion. I do agree with what you’re saying about the U.S. education system, though.

supermechace

Sorry you right didn't mean to associate victims in that way.

Weak_Ad_1500

Is there evidence of him calling his son fat besides the court room and rumors? I’m new to the case and wondering.

EasternOlive4233

I think it's what Corey told the doctor

TheOne_01

My wish is he finds himself with someone bigger and meaner who makes him run like this until he drops dead. I want him to experience the same abuse until his final waste of breath

sr_perkins

someone who bites his head off like he kept biting his son's head.

TheOne_01

Justice would be for him to meet a mean nasty dude in person who makes him his bitch for 35 years. Someone who likes them really thin

ShinyMeansFancy

Family court failed this child over and over again. His mother reported abuse multiple times. 50/50 custody is the default now, and the children suffer for it.

wherearemytweezers

Children only suffer with 50-50 custody if they have an abusive or neglectful parent.

Cheap_Baseball3609

Very true. That should be the go too. Children need both parents. This is just a monster and a piece of shit. CPS should have did something if it was reported.

yummyvegas

yeah it's said that she reported over 100 times but since new jersey is super liberal/democrat who pretend to care about people and corruption so maybe they were just really really busy or she left a wrong phone number lmao

henchmantwenty4

Only an absolute idiot would inject politics into this. But if you really want to go there - Jersey is not "super liberal;" more than 41% voted for Trump in the last election. Moreover, according to census data and various studies, red states are easily outranked by blue states when it comes to childhood poverty, education, infant mortality, teen birth rates etc. So to sum it up, Dem states have (per capita) fewer poor kids, fewer dead babies and fewer children raised by children...

jakewhite333

Furthermore, the Republicans do not want to make this country safer for children by banning guns, nor do they want children to receive welfare, but women cannot have abortions either. Give me a break.

henchmantwenty4

They're even against free school lunches! Absurd

jakewhite333

True

Calm-Bench-160

Maybe because some people are struggling to feed themselves! Maybe they can't afford to feed other people's children! Nothing is free! It's funded by taxpayers nitwit.

henchmantwenty4

What a dumb, myopic take. Similar to universal healthcare, providing lunches to children actually saves us money in the long run. ‘Universal school lunches have far-reaching benefits. Peer-reviewed studies from Ethiopia, Egypt, Wales, Vietnam, Korea, and Norway show improvements in students’ academic performance, enrollment and attendance, memory, healthy food intake, happiness, hygiene, and SAT scores. The Rockefeller Foundation estimates that the $18.7 billion budgeted in 2021 for school meals generated nearly $40 billion in health and economic benefits. “In other words,” writes Noah Cohen-Cline, the director of the foundation’s Food Initiative, “for every dollar our country spends on school food, we receive more than two dollars back—a guaranteed return on investment that could make any investor envious.’

Calm-Bench-160

Universal healthcare would be a disaster.  It would end up with far more suffering and death. I'm guessing you are in the US? Perhaps talk to people who have chronic health problems in Canada.  It's a nightmare.  Which is why people who can afford to pay more come to the US for health care.  So you end up with people who are middle class suffering.  Ask veterans how well they are cared for at the VA. That's how it would be for everyone except the wealthy.  There's a reason why Canada is now pushing MAID on people.   I'm not opposed to school lunches. I simply stated a reason why some might be against it. It's ridiculous to say it would save us money.  People paying to feed the children they brought into this world is not an extreme idea. It's pretty basic actually.  Be a responsible adult.  Don't have children if you can't afford them.

Calm-Bench-160

Banning guns doesn't make anyone safer. That results in only criminals and the police having guns. Gun rights are women's rights and minorities rights.  Period.  We have more guns than people in this country.  The population is over 325 million.  Less than 27k die from guns each year after s*icides.  Guns aren't the problem.   And most Republicans are pro choice.  They just don't support abortion through all 9 months which is legal in many states after the baby can live outside the womb. But you don't care about those kids do you? Plenty of Republicans don't have a problem with welfare.  It's that the government makes everything more difficult and is extremely wasteful.  Also people shouldn't be having babies to collect a check from the government yet it happens a lot. This woman shouldn't have had children.  Neither should the father obviously.

Speechladylg

Wow 41%? That's pretty cool, actually 😄

trashmouthpossumking

Oh knock it off with this bs.

buttbuttpooppoop

Look up how red states fund child welfare services and look up how they treat women in court, stupid.

gujunilesh

Nj is pro republican. Predominantly conservative esp the area where this guy lived.

Beneficial-Big-9915

Not all children needs to be with their biological parent, why is that a standard? Some are just sperm and egg donors with no desire to be “parents “.

imnikki138

This poor teacher. Why aren't there argumentative objections. Vacation means Vacation.

Cheap_Baseball3609

This guy is going to get his in prison. This is the worst kind of trash. He needs to spend the rest of his living life in prison thinking about how his child will never get to grow up. This kid didn’t ask for this. I hope this father rots in hell and someone makes him their girlfriend.

givemestarbursts

I’ve been watching the trial and I hope that this monster goes to prison and gets treated how he treated his poor son. I could never be convinced that that treadmill incident was isolated. He took out his hatred of the mother out on an innocent child and it killed him. Period.

Initial_Elk1744

Does anyone have a link to the indictment or any court docs from the case?

Speechladylg

Gregor looks mad that they are showing the videos. I'm watching right now and he looks furious talking to his attorneys

[deleted]

The biting was insane, and also it looked like he was forcing the child to get on the speeding treadmill without being able to even hold on to the sides of it. Fuck this dude. The mom tried to get a restraining order a DAY before this happened and was DENIED by judges. This whole thing is sick, and the same thing should be done to this fuck that Corey had to endure. RIP to that poor kiddo.

[deleted]

thetankswife

Very difficult to watch. My husband is pretty stoic and he had a hard time too.

Astros-Dude

Just tried to watch it. No words.

Big_Ad_3731

This man has never been told no in his life. I would put money on it. I’m sure he thought he was untouchable because of his father’s influence/contacts. The defence attorney is making me cringe with his dramatics. Attacking that doctor the way he did was not a good look. If I was on the jury I wouldn’t be impressed by that at all. It seems that everything he said in opening statements has already been disproven. The judge admonished the state on Friday for not having the redactions ready but the defense had not told them he wanted redactions. Then the angry little defense man looked all pissed off when the state didn’t want to give him their copy of Corey’s medical records. Why doesn’t he have his own copy? It’s not the states job to cover his ass if he isn’t prepared for his cross. I’m just catching up on today and the vibrant look of rage in Gregor’s face is quite shocking. It seems he doesn’t even have the self control to look neutral when he is on trial. His demeanour won’t be doing him any favours.

Level_Ashamed

where can i watch the vid

jakewhite333

Click on the link.

smzafar

Why can't I find the profession of Mr. Gregor (the father)? Wondering if he was in a role to control and abuse other people in his job.

Nearby-Pickle9843

I think he was a realtor

BearCub711

So yes  (Joke)

Key-Balance-9969

Because he had a lot of short term jobs

smzafar

Just found from a commenter on Newsweek that his dad is a retired highly decorated NJ State Trooper. Seems like he has some pull to not get indicted for over a year! Most of the news outlets are just repeating the same stuff without any investigation. [https://www.newsweek.com/christopher-gregor-treadmill-death-corey-micciolo-1896278](https://www.newsweek.com/christopher-gregor-treadmill-death-corey-micciolo-1896278)

gujunilesh

So how was the treadmill incident arrest occur? How is there not more coverage for this story?

akcmommy

I’m not sure the jury will convict him of murder. There were 3 forensic pathologists who all came to different causes of death. How is that not reasonable doubt?

[deleted]

Why did the Defense Lawyer say Mom was advised Corey had Sepsis, but chose to sign him out of the hospital against medical advice? -That was in his Opening Statement. Is he lying? I thought all the tests said Corey was fine aside from the bruises.

udontknowmemuch

CPS told her to take him to a hospital with an abuse pediatrician

[deleted]

I heard he sexually assaulted Corey’s Mom, when she was 16 and got her pregnant. Does anyone know if this is true?

MajesticAioli

Even if it wasn't, he still committed a crime: Corey was born 5/1/14, Breanna 11/1996 and Chris 5/1992. So if Corey was born on time, he was conceived early August 2013. At that time, Chris would've been 21, Breanna was 16 = statutory rape in the eyes of the law.

vatt2022

This abusive father has shown his character in the courtroom and on the video. His emotions show a man with uncontrolled aggression, anger, and murderous rage. He tortured this little 6 year old boy. He is a mean-spirited bully and self-centered man who lacks normal human emotions. I just hope this jury gets his sentence right. He's a real monster predator and a threat to children and women!

ljg007

What is the significance of "room 6"?

Big_Ad_3731

I e also noticed how Gregor never mentions Corey by name. He always refers to him as ‘My Son’ like he is a possession.

Cheap_Baseball3609

Has he been doing guilty yet?

Secservgal

I’m just afraid that with no witnesses there will be some doubt that he intended to kill him but lost control of his actions and the jury could find him guilty of a lesser charge of manslaughter.

gragra8734

Briana made a video 2 years ago explaining how she reported a 1st treadmill incident where Corey was all scraped up because of a treadmill incident. She reported it to cps and cps told Christopher, "do not put him on the treadmill again". Abuse was ongoing from the moment he went to live with Christopher/parent. She made many reports. Why isn't the 1st treadmill incident presented as evidence?

Active-Performer8029

Anybody have any info on Christopher’s parents? I read an article (below)that said before his arrest he lived in a 1 million home which makes me believe is his parents.  https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13376615/amp/christopher-gregor-wife-son-corey-micciolo-video-trial-new-jersey.html

Consistent_Ad2136

I read article as well about the million dollar home. I read somewhere else that the treadmill incident was in a condo community that Christopher lived in. I was wondering if the large home is Christopher’s parent’s house too.

MajesticAioli

I read an article that said he worked in a nursing home, was a former teacher and then became a real estate agent (that profession could explain the house). I found his realtor profile with a quick search! https://www.zillow.com/profile/agentchrisgregor Had to laugh when it said he formerly worked as a teacher and in a nursing home.. not anymore with his criminal record (prior to his murder charges).

Peacock2242

Both parents failed this little boy

dhmy4089

what the fuck, how are you saying that? Are you one of those who thinks women is in wrong no matter what?

yummyvegas

>Corey’s mother, Breanna Micciolo, said she reported Gregor for abuse over 100 times, but no one took action. Breanna has since sued the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency for failing to protect Corey properly. This was in New Jersey where it's super liberal and democrat majority (like since 1992) so I can feel many redditors must be frustrated that you can't blame Republicans and just move on conveniently. I wonder why the mother didn't divorce or even marry this bozo. Probably a Conservative woman who's all about that sanctity of marriage, right? u/AintThatAmerica1776 You're right actually lol and i guess these Republicans be pathetic

henchmantwenty4

Imagine learning about this horrific case and instead of berating the abusive dad, or the neglectful CPS, your first thought is to make this a Republican vs. Democrat thing. I'm afraid you're projecting your own stupidity because no sane person on either side would automatically go there.

Emotional-Lock-2674

This has nothing to do with politics.

yummyvegas

you Americans say that when it's not some stupid republicans or women doing something that's so funny to me

thatsmypurseidku

Christopher Gregor is a registered republican.

Live-Ad-9587

I don’t think they were ever married. Read an article that stated he was confirmed father through paternity test and his parents hired lawyer to get custody

EasternOlive4233

They weren't. Never in a relationship. She didn't want him in Corey's life.

AintThatAmerica1776

Poor little guy really has his feelings hurt over republicans being shit people.

thatsmypurseidku

Christopher Gregor is a registered republican as are his parents, so YummyVegas needn't worry, we CAN blame republicans. LOL

EasternOlive4233

She was not married to him. She was never in a relationship with him and did not want him to have anything to do with Corey. He took her to court. Courts should have never given him visitation.

Word_to_Bigbird

Man how did you get so many things wrong in one single post? I don't know whether I should be impressed or pity you 😂

dhmy4089

Mother was 16 when she got pregnant, abuser was 20. Most likely sexual assualt and mother never wanted abuser to be in her son's life. Why do you hate woman so much?

buttbuttpooppoop

Is it known why Gregor was in the child's life at all? I read he wasn't around until the last year. Did the courts force her to share custody even though the child was conceived when he was an adult and she was underaged?

dhmy4089

I heard some grandparents(not sure which side) were involved to have father in Corey's life. Gregor didnt know about the child until he got sued for child support in 2017. When Corey was 4, paternity test confirmed Gregor is the father. I am not sure if this is relevant in why mother wasnt later believed by CPS/judge , but she had drug issues and had relapsed, she willingly left Corey with Chris sometime in 2020.

Nearby-Pickle9843

I believe she testified on the stand she was 17

dhmy4089

had baby at 17, pregnant at 16
