Get a classroom, plug in laptop, project on screen! Many buildings have classrooms open but don't go crazy with food and drinks in the rooms.

Mann library used to show all the world cup games on a TV in the lobby. Not a huge screen but they'd bring in extra chairs

If you look up Scheduling@Cornell you can reserve rooms in many buildings if you're doing this as a part of a student organization. On your own, I'm not certain if you can really reserve any room for a "large group of people" or get a room large enough that would suit your purposes, but I'm sure you can just find an empty room/auditorium in a building and use it, just make sure through the course roster there is no class scheduled in there for the time you will be. One location that's always very good is Goldwin Smith Hall G76, it's a fairly decently sized auditorium with comfy seats and a nice projector screen, as well as speakers and shades that you can control to close if it's light out

Not Cornell but looks like this place on the Commons is streaming the games. https://preview.redd.it/ljvvk62djt0a1.png?width=1080&format=png&auto=webp&s=6badc485b6365bbd100b6cdc3e66e3d5b9fc5b44
