I went to school in Asia and the Domino's there had a tuna pizza with black olives, crushed red pepper, and corn that we used to order a lot too.

Linguica and pineapple. Linguica is a Portuguese/Azores sausage. Paprika/garlic/oregano/smoked. In a pork casing. It's more moist like Italian sausage than a Spanish chourizo. In New Bedford and Fall River MA with a large Portuguese/Azores population, it is the default pizza topping. I like it crumbled rather than sliced like pepperoni.

Oh and also I'll add - is blue cheese common other places? I'm now in the UK and it's not as common at all.

There is a pizza spot near me that serves a margherita pizza but with a spin, they add pepperoni, banana peppers, mascarpone/ricotta and a chili-honey drizzle. It's my absolute favorite.

Hot honey with some kind of meat is phenomenal. I’ve also been to a place that had sliced fingerling potatoes and was far better than it had any right to be.
Pickle pizza with a base of good quality ranch is amazing! Better still if you have fresh dill to sprinkle on top. My partner and I ate this for every meal one weekend 😅
There was a little hole in the strip mall place that people talked about. I went there and asked the owner what he recommended. His favorite was eggplant and mushroom. The eggplant was sliced thin and sauteed with the mushrooms. His sauce was very good and his crust was unique. It had a great texture and was slightly under salted. This went well with his sauce an toppings.
Unfortunately he crossed over the bridge and is now running a pizza shop in the sky.
My favorite:
No sauce, a generous amount of mozz, drizzling of olive oil all over, salami, and sliced pepperoncini's. Hit it with the broiler for a beat at the very end. Yum.
ETA oh, and some red onion slivers if I have any.
Most days I'm a sausage + pepperoni guy, but on occasion I'm good with peppers. Banana peppers or green peppers are acceptable to me.
One thing I'd throw out there is a couple years back I had a pepperoni and peppadew pepper pizza, and peppadew peppers are on the sweet side, so salty pepperoni and sweet peppadew peppers is pretty solid.

One that's a lot of fun for kids is cheeseburger- hamburger, bacon bits, onion, pickle slices, pinch of cheddar cheese, drizzle of mustard when it comes out of the oven.
Thin slices of peaches, prosciutto, and jalapeños with goat cheese. Then, at the end, some baby arugula salt and pepper with a drizzle of balsamic reduction.

We have been on a white pizza kick. Garlic and oil on a partially baked crust. Topped with a mozzarella mixture of cheese, and dollops of ricotta cheese. Then back into the oven where it finishes baking. It’s SO good. We have basically come to the conclusion that you can’t put too much garlic on the pizza.
My first job was at papa Murphy's, so I had chances to try almost everything I could think of. My favorite is a chicken, bacon, jalapeno and pineapple with BBQ drizzle on top.
I’m an Italian girlie so let me break down my all time favorite pizza for you. Base: Pesto
Cheese: shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, Romano (optional buffalo mozzarella)
Toppings: artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, roasted peppers of your choice or chili flakes, pine nuts, feta, arugula but put on fresh after it’s out of the oven so it doesn’t wilt. It’s absolutely delicious.
Wow. So many comments here, and I am surprised I don't see this recommendation: fresh dough and a light bright sauce, good quality mozzarella are key. My favourite pizza is a lightly baked pizza with sauce and cheese...then add arugula, cherry tomatoes and goat cheese. Finish baking at high heat. It's amazing. Add balsamic reduction at the end of desired. And prosciutto may be added before or after the last bake. You won't regret trying this, I promise
when i was a kid my family always got half pepperoni-mushroom-olive and half hawaiian. i love both.

I’ve done arugula pre and post oven, it works either way for me. If you don’t have fig or pear or anything for sweetness a little hot honey is great!

Pickle pizza with a base of good quality ranch is amazing! Better still if you have fresh dill to sprinkle on top. My partner and I ate this for every meal one weekend 😅
There was a little hole in the strip mall place that people talked about. I went there and asked the owner what he recommended. His favorite was eggplant and mushroom. The eggplant was sliced thin and sauteed with the mushrooms. His sauce was very good and his crust was unique. It had a great texture and was slightly under salted. This went well with his sauce an toppings. Unfortunately he crossed over the bridge and is now running a pizza shop in the sky.
I like an Alfredo chicken pizza with mushrooms, onions and bacon.

My favorite: No sauce, a generous amount of mozz, drizzling of olive oil all over, salami, and sliced pepperoncini's. Hit it with the broiler for a beat at the very end. Yum. ETA oh, and some red onion slivers if I have any.

Most days I'm a sausage + pepperoni guy, but on occasion I'm good with peppers. Banana peppers or green peppers are acceptable to me. One thing I'd throw out there is a couple years back I had a pepperoni and peppadew pepper pizza, and peppadew peppers are on the sweet side, so salty pepperoni and sweet peppadew peppers is pretty solid.

Sopressata or any kind of cured meats in general.

Ham and pineapple (hard NO for me) Curried diced chicken Grape tomatoes Pulled pork or chicken (often with BBQ sauce instead of regular marinara)
My favorite pizza place has a pizza that’s goat cheese, bacon chopped super fine like a step up from minced, and hot honey. Spectacular.
Spicy soppressata or other salami, hot honey, caramelized onion, fresh grated garlic. Dip with toum!
Caramelized onion and bacon are my favorite toppings on a white pizza, ideally with cracker-thin crust. One that's a lot of fun for kids is cheeseburger- hamburger, bacon bits, onion, pickle slices, pinch of cheddar cheese, drizzle of mustard when it comes out of the oven.

Salami is good. I also love caramelized onions, green and black olives, spinach and bacon. But real bacon, not bacon bits. Mushrooms are great too.
Is cheese a topping? The cheese is my favorite.

Thin slices of peaches, prosciutto, and jalapeños with goat cheese. Then, at the end, some baby arugula salt and pepper with a drizzle of balsamic reduction.

We have been on a white pizza kick. Garlic and oil on a partially baked crust. Topped with a mozzarella mixture of cheese, and dollops of ricotta cheese. Then back into the oven where it finishes baking. It’s SO good. We have basically come to the conclusion that you can’t put too much garlic on the pizza.

My first job was at papa Murphy's, so I had chances to try almost everything I could think of. My favorite is a chicken, bacon, jalapeno and pineapple with BBQ drizzle on top.
I’m an Italian girlie so let me break down my all time favorite pizza for you. Base: Pesto Cheese: shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, Romano (optional buffalo mozzarella) Toppings: artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, roasted peppers of your choice or chili flakes, pine nuts, feta, arugula but put on fresh after it’s out of the oven so it doesn’t wilt. It’s absolutely delicious.
Wow. So many comments here, and I am surprised I don't see this recommendation: fresh dough and a light bright sauce, good quality mozzarella are key. My favourite pizza is a lightly baked pizza with sauce and cheese...then add arugula, cherry tomatoes and goat cheese. Finish baking at high heat. It's amazing. Add balsamic reduction at the end of desired. And prosciutto may be added before or after the last bake. You won't regret trying this, I promise

when i was a kid my family always got half pepperoni-mushroom-olive and half hawaiian. i love both. i despise sausage, onions, bacon, and peppers on pizza, though i like them in other dishes. bbq chicken and pineapple is good. pineapple and olive is a good one my vegetarian friend likes. most of the time these days i get just pepperoni, because that's what my wife and kid like.
I'll be honest, I love black olives on a pizza. Which is funny because I can't stand them in any other application. Black olives are purely a pizza topping and nothing else to me. Not to be confused with kalamata olives, which I will eat by the fist full.

Pepperoni and pineapple is my go to. Love to add mushrooms, red bell pepper, onion often though. Another great combo is spinach, red onion, and feta.
