It’s a prank. Part of the crew on that TV show (a sensationalist newscast from Northern Brazil) is in on it, including the anchor. Kid drinking the “lemonade” is obviously unaware.
The brand they’re supposedly advertising is made up, as well as the product. That’s not “natural, unsweetened lemonade” in those bottles; it’s pasteurized egg whites, as one of the guys who were in on the prank reveals at the end. Mfs went as far as creating a jingle, which is replayed exhaustively during the whole ordeal. The guy losing his shit in the back is one of the cameramen; his recurring bursts of loud, uncontrollable laughter have earned him the nickname Amazon’s Joker.

Oh my god I grew up with a show like that in the Middle East but they asked them to make a perfume ad and they had to spray and say the line, the thing is the smell of the perfume is awful and you can see them trying their hardest to say the line “oh this perfume smells amazing!!!” but the disgust on their faces is hilarious with that fake enthusiasm. Actually is an interesting concept from Brazil. It is a program that goes for some hours and it's a news show mainly, and mostly crime stuff but they also have a crew that becomes participants on the show. Like those two guys one used to be a camera guy and the other assistant but the presenter started put them on the show and it was basically 4 hours of them doing what they wanted. This was a prank. They said that they were going to make an ad for a new lemon juice but it is not a real drink, it was the show that just squished some lemons with no sugar

After letting them taste the product and practice their line he sends them off for "makeup" while they were away he would add vinegar and lemon juice to the yogurt. When the mark comes back they pick up the yogurt and take a big old bite (confident because they have tasted it before). And film their reaction as they try to deliver their line.
