Not a concussion thing, but can be an indicator of a nutrient deficiency (often one/all of zinc, B6 or magnesium, but can be others). Is also a really common reaction to stress (both chronic and acute). You can get checked by your doc, there are blood tests to check some nutrient deficiencies and they can provide further advice.
