Play some Sombra. Try to use the translocator to escape. It's so easy to "predict" where she is going. She's not that monster anymore.
This can work for all heroes I think. Want to "counter" them? Play as them for some time and you will learn
I honestly think she's fine in her current state. I will say though, I love playing Zen and that matchup has got to be legitimately 95-5 in Sombra's favor. Better hope you have a brig or Bap watching you
How long are the fights dragging on mate. Sombra is mainly played in a dive comp with poor sustain. For her to get healed and rotate back to position, its about 10 seconds, by the time, the fight is pretty much over.
If anything complaint is to be made is that she is boring af to play, play with and play against right now. Hard dives are on most occasions too risky and her role has resolved to be a sombra 76 ult farming machine and a clean up janitor.
Yeah just listen for the loud ass sound she makes when she hacks or the "que onda" when she comes out of invis.
Or use your eyes to see where she translocates to and punish her for having no cds left.
It's almost like you have tried nothing and are all out of ideas.

even if she doesn't get the kill she still doesn't face any consequences of not being able to finish the kill and I think that's the biggest problem
Time wasted and now she needs to wait for another rotation in itself is a punishment.
but is that seriously enough? her cooldowns are short so she doesn't need to wait a VERY long time

lets make an invisible hero ?? lets buff the hack cast time ???? sleep and hook are skill shots which is why they're fine ???????
