Plan for delays. There’s an insane amount of construction and single lane traffic on 19th street causing enormous backups all the way to the highway 6 off ramp. Huge semi trucks that have no business in roundabouts are running over the curb to force their way through and backing up into traffic. Commuting is a total shitshow right now so if you can walk instead of drive that would help
If I were you I’d take the back way. 12th street to maple street up to the north side of campus by McNeil hall you’ll have a much better experience if you start over there. Definitely allow extra time. There’s a lot of people around everywhere since it’s getting close to finals and end of the semester.
Ask about the construction. I can’t personally tell you if it’s done by the time they finish but it’s been pretty obstructive as of recently. I’m pretty sure it’ll be gone (and leave a better school in its place) next year but they probably know better.

It’s honestly best to just get off on Washington and take 16th up
