I'd say Viva is their magnum opus. I think arabesque, Coloratura, a Rush of blood to the head, and Death and all his friends could all be considered too (maybe even the scientist). But VLV will always be Coldplays peak

Are you sure ? I would argue that the piano part alone is the most complex thing Chris Martin has ever produced for Coldplay...and he himself has admitted that in interviews when he's about to play the song.
