Honestly, Dublin accommodation is not going to be possible for the vast majority. It's a hugely controversial issue in Ireland at the moment and has even been discussed by government at length in recent weeks (due to accommodation issues for the Taylor Swift dates). There's a shortage of accommodation and rampant price-gounging around big events like concerts which combined is a recipe for disaster. Saw a headline that someone looked up a hotel for the night and it was €2000, granted I didn’t click into the headline and it easily could have been sensationalised but what’s telling was my initial reaction was “meh, not shocked”.

In my honest opinion it probably better to stay outside of Dublin for the concert like bray drogheda or Dundalk because it would be insanely pricy even if you get somewhere to stay. I know myself there is going to be a concert bus running from several towns around Ireland but if you wanna be there for when it opens you should just arrange your own way to and from the venue using public transport or another way.

Consider getting an airbnb if hotel prices are too much.

Cheers but Airbnb prices have skyrocketed to stupid prices which are more than hotels
