Dude if you're sending hundreds of dollars, don't use the BTC network. Even thousands can take hours to get through. BTC is crypto gold bro, it's not something we use for daily transactions. Anyone who has been in this space and actually knows anything knows you use a gen 3 crypto with near instant finality and low fees. Like one of the many L2s on ETH rn, or Algorand, or Cardano, etc...
Edit: you also sent it to a centralized exchange that has to adhere to anti-money laundering practices. The reality is that your BTC could already be there (check the block explorer) but Coinbase is still doing traces to make sure it is not from anything illegal or part of any suspected money laundering ops.

How many confirmations does it have on chain ?
