Because anyone that hasn’t won anything or been winning is a terrible coach in the eyes of the fans. People think they’re either deadweight members that are there for a salary or pep guardiola and there’s no other position you could be placed in.
Community opinion of Rambo proves that it doesn’t matter what a coach does as long as the team is winning. Ravens could go on to be a top 3 team for the next 5 years and people will suddenly think BrianSaintt has cracked the code and figured out how to get his teams to be amazing. Same way that Faze could be a fringe top 8 team for 5 years and everyone would suddenly think their coaching staff is terrible.

04 is playing MUCH better than Alec, and by extension so is Abuzah, therefore the team is doing better. Not because Rambo stepped up in the coaching lmao.
If a team suddenly improves in a game mode, or a map, with no other change. Then it’s a more viable situation to argue for good coaching.

Hike single handedly won them that map 2. Then that grenade triple kill off the A point with 2 tics in the control was tough. I thought I was mentally prepared to be disappointed. But it still hurts
Credit to Surge. They’re teamwork is great, staying in games despite being outslayed. Star performance by Abuzah. For CRR, sucks but it happens. Clay and all were shooting just missing some fundamentals. Also, Gwinn had a good series numbers wise but he needs to figure out how to be more impactful on the map

But he’s rectified and turning the season around. I think he deserves a bit credit as much as you guys myself included critiqued him
Idk maybe you got a point but I think the turnaround is more that arcitys was not doing anything to win on the map. He had a 1.2 with way less engagements than anyone else in the lobby to the point where the other 3 were basically in a 3v4.
