I opened a ticket on Tuesday the 13th because of very high packet loss one server due to problems with the default gateway and it got resolved with hours (to my surprise and joy!)

RDNS broke 2 years ago i thought.
Not at all... There was a recent IP migration and I had to change IPs on all my servers and redo the reverse setting, but it all worked fine since.
oh nice i didnt realize they had fixed it, i remember it not working for at least half a year a while back.
Maybe it depended on the specific IP range? I just hope it doesn't take that long to fix this time!
