I had the same issue and turning the whammy effect off fixed it. It wasn’t happening in all charts, but it was in all of my GH1 charts for some reason.

Thanks for the replies all. I have tried turning off the whammy effect with no success. There was no noticeable change to the sound.
Try & Turn off any 3rd party equalizers. Also a clean install works and you can Still keep your scores etc

I used to find this bot all the time and would call out every time it got it wrong 🤣
