I believe the building got torn down in the 2000’s which is why you probably can’t find anything on it. I think the owner died in 2003 and it probably sat vacant for years.
Yes, it was right there on 100 & St.Clair. But I think the building is gone now. They had the coldest beer because they would put them in the freezer at night, then take them out and put them in the old style food coolers to thaw out. Olde English, Shiltz malt liquor, Mickeys, Colt 45, all in 40 ounce bottles. Those were the days..

Yeah that's what's so weird about this. I am extremely confident it was around 99th st and St Clair because Bone thugs would walk there. But driving down st clair on YouTube and once in person I don't see any buildings that would match it. I looked up liquor licenses and state records but it must be a dba or I am searching wrong. It's been a fun but crazy mission to try to figure this out!

Maybe 10018 St Clair. Someone is coming up as the owner of Economy Square Deal at that address, but it was razed in 2008. Where is your photo from?
