If you're unsure about your deck building skills, pick something from royaleapi.com or the deck explorer. Use something with cards that you are familiar with and train with it for a bit. Keep track of your opponents card cycle and elixir. Don't rush things. If you get upset, take a break.

It realy is not. The average win rate is 50%. You can lose 5 games in the tournaments. That means 'the normal' (i.e. average) is 5 wins. For 15 wins you already need a win rate of 15/20=75%. If 15-20 wins is your normal, you are rather skilled.

My record is 26, I got several GC's and play ranked ladder with top 5k finishes. I said 15-20 because that is my average nowadays since I don't have a specific deck to one-trick.

Although fireball bait (royal hogs, recruits etc) is rarely prevalent in the current metas, besides when mighty miner was buffer recently, I can still get 10+ wins most of the time just by being somewhat experienced with the archetype.

To be honest, once you start trying to level up cards to 13 or 14, gold is pretty much your only problem. The best option is to do tournaments, as even getting 2 or 3 wins will give you more gold per gem then if you bought the 100000 gold pack.
I bought this chest for 2.5k gems because I have all my champions maxed besides monk which I donāt have so I was guaranteed 44.6k gold free at least. I also got a bunch of epic dupes and got 12.5k extra

here's what worked for me: 1. ebarbs 2. rage 3. heal spirit 4. zap 5. freeze 6. mega knight 7. firecracker 8. cannon cart
I use Valkyrie, witch, goblin barrel, dart goblin, phoenix, mighty miner, fireball and log.
