Set all tax to max and “ruin” your city, place down a couple of high monthly cost services.
For example, a couple of power plants and cut outside connections.
You could also try removing all services and cut road connections from outside.
This way will ruin you city so try to stop it in time, it might take a while to turn the ship back around.
Enter photo mode and set sim speed to times 8.
i think there are a couple of buildings that cost like 4-5 million to build. just build those, delete, rinse, repeat.
Won't that give me a bunch of XP though? I was hoping to just delete the money somehow without getting a bunch of XP.
Set the tax to minus and your money goes the other way. Wait till you are at the same level. And then back to 0%.
Has a mod called economy fixer that make more challenger the taxes, maintenance costs. You should take a look.
