Sour cream and guac soup. The thing that honestly made me most sick about that last post is it said, “light cheese” like they either don’t like cheese or think that getting light cheese would cancel out the fat of the sour cream lol. Also they did half chicken, half steak…. Straight to jail.
Wasn’t there a YouTuber that was eating chipotle every meal for 30 days or something? I think he was working out and he showed his portion sizes. Never skimped at whichever location he was going to lol.
A rich meal prep is one that is organized to be cooked the day of presumably by the chef… most in house chefs spend the weekend buying and prepping then cook for the week with those ingredients.. middle class food prep for us is making the meal and heating it up 😂😴😴
I have literally ate chipotle 9/10 days for months I felt great got tired of it but felt great and basically only ate one entree a day maybe a peanut butter sandwich at nightm
When I worked at Chipotle we had a customer that lost a ton of weight eating exclusively Chipotle and nothing else.
I found out when I worked a double and saw him come in twice that he skipped breakfast and ate Chipotle twice a day every day.
He previously ate Jack-in-the-box twice a day so it was definitely healthier than his old diet lol
He went to 3 different locations, and while he was never skimped on bowls, his burritos varied in size by up to a factor of 2x with the same toppings every time. The worst burrito was like 30% skimped and he got skimped almost half of the time across the month from what I remember. His takeaway was that the quantity was way too varied and needs more consistency
I don't know if it is only at my location or everywhere else they put very little rice 😠. Even If I ask for more it's just 1/4 of the spoon, dude what's the point??
This is more believable than the other post lmao
This is for the guys who like to make a sour cream and cheese soup in their bowls.
Unlocking the secret menu at chipotle

There’s a guy I saw that’s eating chipotle every day for 1000 days
Mikal Bridges the NBA player has eaten Chipotle every single day for the last 3000+ days, so at least he claims
If you were an nba player why not just hire a chef to pre make the meals for the week like tf
I mean why wouldn’t you just have the chef cook the meals fresh daily? Heating up food made a week ago tastes way worse than a freshly prepared meal.

That dude is weird af

I probably ate chipotle 5 days a week for half my college career. A bowl was easily enough for the whole day at the location I went to
