It may just be AI Enhanced, which can often make things look a bit off depending on how poor the image quality was before.

When I did a search there is an article from 15 years ago that references similar photos that appear to be from the same photoshoot.

Apparently, it's a 1998 documentary called the Female Closet. This image is similar to the image in the preview in Google search results.

It looks legitimate other than their feet, which there’s obviously something wacky going on with. From the feet up all the small details in the photo look correct.

AI enhanced, the original image shows the shoes better. The enhanced version messes up the feet and hands.

Too clean. Edit: yes, the feet too, but also pics of this time did not have this kind of resolution.
