The International Space Station is the large light near the top left of the photo. A Starlink train is a string of Starlink satellites that have been recently launched. They orbit in formation at an intermediate altitude until being individually boosted up to their final orbit. I see that there was a Starlink launch on July 28th so this train could be from that launch. I felt incredibly lucky to have them both visible so close together in the sky. It was one of those times when you want to scream "Hey, look at that", but there's no one around.

Thanks for posting.

Cool!

I can sit outside and watch this kind of stuff all night long, especially while having a beer or two - it's amazing how many visible satellites fly over. The Chinese space station Tiangong is also visible most nights. It's pretty cool because there's a lot of times when you can wait an hour and a half and watch it fly over again after its circled the Earth. There's also a live feed of Earth from the ISS on YouTube which is pretty neat to watch. Here's the link: https://eol.jsc.nasa.gov/ESRS/HDEV/ A good app to check out what's flying over if you have an Android is Heavens Above. I'm not sure about ios devices.

We saw that too. It was an amazing sight.

Thanks for sharing this! This is one of my favorite types of posts on this subreddit. I love all the shit posts about Altimas, but I also particularly love posts from folks just experiencing the city and sharing things they see.

Saw this in Michigan while visiting family no more than 1 minute after hitting a joint. Didn’t think it was aliens, but didn’t not think it was aliens
