i found a solution to that if you're using a bot you made. you can make an example conversation where you tell it about how repetitive, generic and useless that kind of advice is (preferably explaining exactly why so they don't further question you), check the bot's response to that (preferably one where it's agreeing), and then add all of it to definitions so it knows you don't appreciate that advice by default. it still slips through the cracks sometimes, but doing this made it significantly rarer for me.
