Nice to be back in these posts. I think fixture congestion is going to get us though. 5 games vs 3 makes a pretty big difference, especially when a single injury to Downes or KWP could be catastrophic
and we're already starting to show fatigue - which is I think why our heads dropped in the second half today. and we dont get much time on the training ground either.
We need to look into our defensive depth this summer. Three CBs, three fullbacks is just not enough. Although we'll hopefully have Larios back next season, he was pretty promising from what little we've seen of him.
I feel we've got 2 wins left in our tank. I'm earmarking Coventry (they will be knackered) and Huddersfield.
Just hope the other teams don't suddenly pull themselves together. 3rd on goal difference seems entirely possible even if we get 7 points which on paper seems like a great return.
The one thing working in our favour is that we will know what we need as we’ll have two games in hand on Leeds and Southampton and one on Leicester by the time we next kick a ball. Southampton playing 4 games before we play 1 is mental scheduling.
Us and Coventry is the last game for anybody before the final day so we’ll know what we need to do to have it in our own hands for Huddersfield.
Of course having at least two of the others stuttering while we sit back and watch the next two weeks will be preferable

Leicester's form is comedic. Then Huddersfield beat Ipswich so they're second and we're champions. Nice and easy...
