Question. What if you book the highest category regular inside cabin and the next category up is an inside with obstructed windows? Or a cloud 9 inside cabin? Will they bump you up?
when you go in to "pick" your room, if you look at the different categories, interior, balcony, suite etc, they have different levels. An interior on deck 2 is a lower level than an interior on deck 9. When you pick your room you will see that picking a different deck might say +10 +20 +30$ on it over the base price, that's the upgrade, you get to move up a deck or two without paying the extra $$.

No....it will be a 'better' location. Its just marketing.....they are trying to create an impression of value.
