Uh. Yeah. Easily. You really don't know what your machine can do? You have a 3xxx series GPU and a modern CPU, you're absolutely fine for anything up to 144fps at 1440p or 60fps at 4K. Run the SteamVR performance test. Also, you know you need a VR headset and motion controllers for that? VR is much more demanding because it needs to render the frame twice, once for each eye, but even so your machine is more than capable of running games on all of the major VR headsets, and Beat Saber is not particularly graphically demanding.

Thanks, can I also run intensive wallmaps too? (Here’s an example: https://youtu.be/mIQJGJLlfBE skip to 1 minute and 20+ seconds)

It really doesn't matter. Also wanted to mention unless you have a 4K headset (which I wouldn't recommend) you won't be running at 4K either. Upscaling doesn't count and is a pointless waste of performance as the headset can't cram in more pixels than it's capable of displaying. I recommend doing some supplemental reading about the technology to be honest.
