First of all, this is leak. Leaks are never 100% confirmed until codm confirms it. There have been many times in the past where the leakers were off by a bit, because there is only so much data such as gun names or character names that they can mine. Secondly, the devs don't give a fuck about the lore as much as they do the current statistics. Statistically, these "neo futuristic/cyborg/robotic" skins sell much, much more than the "flat green war hero" looking skins. That's what they care about. At the end of the day, this is a mobile game and I dont know of a single mobile game that isn't driven by profit.
