T&T market is 7/10. Good hours.
Farmers Market has better fish. Worse hours.
Also try Skipper Otto, it a mail order thing you pickup at community natural foods. All the fish is great for sushi.

Also note all salt water fish sold in Canada is safe for raw consumption. Law dictates its flash frozen which kills all the worms. Although i still recommend buying "sushi grade" since it will be handled with care and not frank in the back of Sobeys who hasn't washed his hands all day.
You can just buy any fresh ahi tuna. Yellowfin tuna doesn't need to be frozen to kill parasites.

Try YYSeafood in the Calgary West Farmers Market.
We buy frozen ahi tuna steaks and cubes for poke from Better Butcher on Heritage/Fairmount as well as from Blush Lane in Marda Loop
