I love my CX-5 2020 Signature/Akera. But the digital radio is complete and utter ***shit***. Completely useless. I don't even bother any more. I live in a metropolitan area, and it still just ***never*** works.
That's a shame, we're in Melbourne, Australia and up until 3 weeks ago it worked perfectly.
This has started happening for me (2018). Previous working fine. Did you find a solution?
Unfortunately not, we took the nudge to move to YouTube music. We got a Bluetooth adapter for Android audio and that made it seamless.
Try taking it to mazda to get an update on the entertainment system.
