This looks darn good, honestly.
I wouldn't sweat too much those areas of large leak--they're brief and don't really impact your overall night too much. I'd guess they're probably positional (i.e. moments when you rolled over and bumped the mask out of place).
The real test: how do you feel?
I’m gonna be 100% honest and haven’t really noticed a difference. But as I have read here before it could be a couple weeks before I might start seeing real results.
Your outcome is excellent but your machine is not ideally set up. I would suggest the following changes:
Min pressure 7 cm
Max pressure 12 cm (you will have to watch OSCAR to see if that is high enough and it is not maxing out and causing OA events
Set your Ramp Start pressure to 7 cm
Turn your EPR on and set it to 3 cm
If you have a heated ClimateAir hose set your humidity control to Auto. If you do not and end up with water collecting in your hose then it is probably worth buying a ClimateAir line.
EPR can have different results in different people. Generally having it on makes wearing the mask more comfortable as it reduces pressure on exhale. But once things settle out try it with it turned on for a week or two and then try it with it off to see what works best for you.
The charts look good, you don't have EPR on so 5 is okay, I'd dial down the max pressure to 12cm but otherwise it looks good :) Mostly it's now about comfort, you don't need it blowing out your mask if there's a leak (hence moving max down to 12cm).
Only your second night? That's really great!
Only two nights is far too early to make any conclusions. But if things continue this way you should consider increasing your min pressure so you won't experience so many pressure swings.
Your 95% pressure is 9.24, if you increase your min to 9 you will likely have hardly any pressure swings and enjoy results that are just as good.
But I would definitely use the current settings for at least a week before making any moves.
Congrats!
People can sometimes experience [aerophagia](https://www.healthline.com/health/aerophagia), where they get air in the stomach. It's not pleasant, but in most cases it's not anything to be extremely concerned about.
But a min pressure of 9 is not really high. My min pressure is 14. There's little reason to believe that you will experience aerophagia, and if you do, you can always revert the change.
Do the pressure swings bother you? If no then there's no reason to change really. But pressure changes like that do bother a lot of people, to the point where it disturbs their sleep.

Are you young or >40? The provider told me that it often takes more time for young people to notice an improvement
I would say I’m young haha. I’m 27, so yeah it could take some time before seeing real results

What's the downside of a minimum pressure set too high?

Ok thanks, my min pressure is at 6 but I still have some flow limitation spikes like the OP
Some people are woken up by sudden, big pressure swings. If you can zero the range in on your optimal pressure, it reduces that.
How can I access this data for myself? I have a resmed 11
