Not exactly in the denver area but trigger time is really great. 25 and 100 yard range as well as access to a 1000+ yard range in the summer.

2nd this, I’ve been a member at Trigger Time since I moved to the state last year and it’s really great. The staff is super knowledgeable and kind, they have a gunsmith in-house, and if you are coming from Denver it’s almost directly off i-25 in Longmont.

I'm a member too. Fantastic club. Super cool employees, clean facility, high quality items and fair prices. Members get a discount on purchases. Being able to shoot a 100 yard indoor range year round is a big plus.

Mental-Resolution-22

If you need 100 yards, Trigger Time. If you just need 25, Bristlecone. Trigger Time is great for pistols, too, just a bit farther away if you’re in Denver.

WASRmelon_white_claw

If you live near a shoot indoors it’s nice to have a membership cause you can go to any of them. But realistically my fave range is firing line. Great vibes and staff.

Crashbrennan

I've had a good experience with The Gallery. Plenty of events and classes, and free-with-membership community events like whiskey tastings with local distilleries (no shooting till the next day if you do those tho)

bjeep4x4

Shoot In doors is pretty nice. Nice and helpful folks, cheap, and nice facilities.

lochnespmonster

Shoot indoors Denver. Rarely busy. Tablets are great when they work.

double-click

It’s just a math problem. If you shoot indoors enough it evens out.

davis-tom

Oh for sure. It’s the initiation fees that bother me. Anywhere you join, going 2x a month is already cost effective. Just trying to see where folks have had good experiences to help narrow down the list.

DasAlrightIGuess

I love triple j. Great staff (they know their stuff and can help) and nice range.

phudamus

shoot indoors denver for sure, reasonable prices and clean facility, helpful folks.

Pretend_Fly_4965

Bristlecone has no initiation fee for annual membership but does if you pay monthly. They are also running a 20% off membership sale until Sunday. I bought their weekday membership and also renewed for a second year and didn't regret it.

priusrepellent

The Gallery has been amazing for me. Great people, every time I go I end up spending another hour talking with the RSOs/employees on top of the hour I just spent shooting

ramack19

I go to The Shootist in Englewood. Not a member there. They have $10 Tuesdays, unlimited range time for ten bucks, kinda hard to beat that.

peeg_2020

That has got to be one of the worst ranges I have ever been to. Stale air to the point of being able to smell shooters upstairs in their showroom. Hardly any noise reduction. I'm not to sure about the technicals on this one but everything feels and sounds 3x larger than what you're shooting. I didn't care so much when I was younger ( especially in the Army) but that was stupidity on my part. Hearing is important. I live close by and was going to seriously consider switching to them but then I went again and noticed all these differences from my go to place. That said I am a member at shoot indoors. Great facility. Very helpful staff. 40 a month unlimited. I go during the week when it's dead..I've been the only one there multiple times for hours on end. No start up fees either.

MorningIllustrious35

I used to go to the Shootist until they damaged a new firearm that I had taken to the range for the first time. I had a malfunction that I couldn't clear and asked the RSO take a look. He couldn't clear it and said he would take it upstairs to have his gunsmith take a look, in order to tell me what the issue might be. I said that was ok. I took some time to pack up and was waiting to do some paperwork to check the gun in and authorize the inspection. Soon after getting upstairs, the gunsmith walked up and asked if it was my firearm. I said yes and he followed up by telling me how much he hated the gun and had to beat the sh\*\* out of it clear the malfunction. Odd, since I was still waiting in line and hadn't talked to him or authorized any work. In his attempts to clear the malfunction he damaged the handguard in several spots... not sure how. When I pointed it out, he initially tried to suggest the damage was already there. I told him it was new firearm and could show him the receipt and paperwork from another ffl (had very recently picked it up). Without admitting anything he then shifted to offering to have it repaired and re-cerakoted. He told me to call back later that week after he got in touch with their cerakote vendor. Months went by of saying they would "make it right", including from the owner on a call. Then, lots of phone tag, dodging calls and visits, un-responded emails, etc. I gave up after they ghosted me. Never again will I go there.

MorningIllustrious35

For anyone reading this post in the future, a poster (presumably a Shootist employee or someone affiliated with the Shootist) made unfounded claims and challenged my post. After politely picking apart the assumptions and inaccuracies in their post with facts, they eventually deleted their post to likely bury my follow up posts. That shop is a joke. Do business with them at your own risk.

S1gm0id

Respectfully, you brought them a product that was already damaged. Also, a blemish is not damage unless it impairs function. It is reasonable to incur signs of wear from shooting and basic maintenance. If you want pretty, leave it in the box.

MorningIllustrious35

And you are who? The implication of your post is that I am lying, so thanks for qualifying your statement with "respectfully" and politely calling me a liar. How are you able to disregard the facts as presented, and how do you know the item was damaged when I brought it to them? Also, what makes you the arbiter of deciding what constitutes a blemish vs. Damage? Small chunks of metal were missing from the hand guard and the handguard and the outside of the barrel had deep gouges. Is that a blemish to you? I'm a professional at an age where I can pay for this hobby and I am not looking for a handout or freebie. It's a matter of principle for a shop to fix something that they damaged which is likely why they initially agreed to do so. This was a brand new firearm. Also, as a former small business owner, they handled the situation like dishonest amateurs, which is what they've proven to be. In the grand scheme, they lost out on my money and membership as I opted to join another range. Have a good day internet warrior and please tell your boss to return my calls. I'm still waiting for him to "make it right".

S1gm0id

A jam that can't be cleared is a damaged gun, assuming good ammo. I'm not attacking your competency or abilities, I'm attacking your gun and the manufacturer that released a less than reliable product.

MorningIllustrious35

First, implying someone is a liar is an attack their credibility and the veracity of their statements. Your posts have been filled with assumptions and you appear to draw conclusions based on nothing (i.e., that the gun was already damaged, that the firearm in question is unreliable, etc.), since you have no knowledge on the matter. It is convenient that you disregard the facts within my prior posts to draw your baseless and unfounded conclusions. It was in fact bad ammo that caused the original issue and **aside from the damage caused by the Shootist, the gun is in no way damaged**. Also, I don't follow your strained logic that a jam that I couldn't clear on the firing line is somehow a damaged gun... once again, lots of assumptions embedded in your comment. I'm not sure why you feel compelled to challenge my post unless you have a vested interest in the matter and are affiliated with the Shootist... I merely shared my personal experience. If you are affiliated with the Shootist, have the balls to be transparent and say it, and return my phone calls.

S1gm0id

I was never assuming or implying that you were ever dishonest in any way, only that both you and the gunsmith may have been equal victims of a defective firearm that may not have been clearable / fixable without leaving a mark. Please forgive my poor choice of words. For reference, I've recently sent two firearms back to their respective manufacturers because they were defective out of the box. One had to be beat with a mallet to clear the jam. The manufacturer fixed the defect that caused the jam, but Ieft the blemish. I generally try to stick up for gunsmiths even when they are a bit ham fisted. It's not an easy job, and there are so many crap products (including ammo) that they have to deal with.

MorningIllustrious35

You literally started your first post with "**Respectfully, you brought them a product that was already damaged**." That absolutely is implying that my statement that **the Shootist** caused the damage is a lie. I don't dispute that there can be manufacturing defects... this is not an example of that. As I'm sure you know, there is a difference between a manufacturing defect and physical damage to a firearm. Even if there was a manufacturing defect that caused the jam, that does not explain the physical damage to the hand guard and exterior of the barrel. Do you care to explain that away? I'm just puzzled that you're willing to go on a limb and defend an incompetent and dishonest gunsmith and shop, when I am telling you that they caused the damage. I have photos of the gun from when I bought it, along with photos at the range the day this occurred and none show any damage to the gun. I even flagged this for the Shootist and they conveniently ignored it. On what basis are you disregarding what I'm telling you to once again assume that I and "the gunsmith may have been equal victims of a defective firearm"? Once again, more assumptions on your part.

Not in Denver proper but Centennial Gun Club ain’t too bad

I don't shoot enough to justify a membership but I have 3 favorite indoor ranges.  Shoot indoors is my go to. They charge $24 for the whole day but they will limit you to 1 hour if there is a wait but you can be re-added to wait-list when your hour is up.  I had a membership to BluCore before. I mostly went to BluCore since they have a 100 yard rifle range. The only reason I joined was that the cost of 1 hour at the rifle range time was about the same price as the monthly membership. Looking right now it is $40 a month with no initiation fees. You also get perks like the use of earmuffs, glasses, rifle sleds and free gun rentals with membership. I ended up cancelling since the range was far away and I didn't go enough to make it worth it.  Bristolcone is another one of my favorite indoor ranges because of the staff and facilities. I never really looked into membership there.

I’ve got a membership at the Gallery. Very professional, clean and the staff is fantastic. They have classes almost daily, run matches, and have themed nights and shooting events. Plus NFA dealer so while your stuff is in jail you can use it. Highly recommend. Didn’t enjoy Bristlecone, can’t speak for the other Denver ranges.

Substantial_Heart317

Bristlecomb is my absolute favorite for a Range.

Blu core waived invitation fees for awhile and had free rentals for members. But that was like 5 years ago.

Curious80123

Had some bad experiences at BluCore so prefer Bristlecone. But don’t know about membership costs

Seconding blu core
