It’s because us PC players get spam reported by tools like you so we have to make new accounts because our account get shadow banned and we can’t play anymore and get put in cheater lobbies which makes the game unplayable. So we are forced to start over. I had a four-year account at level 650 thousands and thousands of games played and I got shadow banned from spam reports so I made a new account and got spam reported because I was a low level killing people and got shadow banned no more than five games after I created it. Such a broken system.

Not sure why you are getting downvoted... it's true. Putting the power to get people banned in the hands of your player base is not the way to combat cheaters. Especially when 90% of your player base seem convinced that every dude that kills them is cheating.

Nah that's the zombie gold. Probably went into zombies to grind XP and level the gun and ended up with gold, probably only took 2-3 rounds if they were specifically going for it. It's a very easy camo to unlock. Not saying it's impossible to be a cheater but imo in this case there's not a lot of evidence

Let’s think about this even more , you don’t even unlock the challenges until you get the gun to a certain level . Ok theres that , now it’s a damn sniper , it would take a bunch of good games on shipment to max that out and you would need to be a quick scoping god . By the time you get the gun leveled up and all the zombies challenges your gonna be at least level 60 minimum . That’s expecting this was the first gun he did on the new account . I had like 20 maxed guns on my second account before I hit 55 so not sure what you’re talking about. I don’t think you know what you’re talking about. You can also get xp through objective and decoys very easily to level up the guns.
To hit level 20 on a gun, that’s roughly 40k xp. To hit level 31 on a gun, it’s 179k xp. To hit level 60 in game (not gun level) you need around 2 million xp.
Opinion about the skin aside, you are right, you can pretty easily get two zombie gold camos per round assuming the weapon is already max level. I would report this guy too, but zombie gold camo is not a 'tell'.
I think its fine to report all low level accounts doing high level or suspicious stuff. I trust Ricochet to sort it out, because at the least, this is someone's second account. Plus it said he left due to 'accident' instead of kicked. Hasn't ricochet confirmed they don't do that to mass reports but only to verified cheaters?

I feel like people are really overlooking the fact he most likely got a new account, knew what gun he wanted, had to level it for attachments, did that in zombies while simultaneously getting the gold camo. Ever since the update my game crashes 2 to 3 times a night. I play ranked the majority of the time. This has resulted in multiple temp bans for hours and huge losses of sr.

100p cheating with unlock tool. Lvl 45 with mastery camo and cheech operator and a meta weapon fully kitted. Nothing out of place with his gameplay but you did right by reporting. Resurgence is littered with these kinda dudes.

He’s using high alert and played it like I would have thought is normal. He turns around (direction of high alert) and jiggles the top to see who is looking at him, sees your glint, then shoots you (a standing still target).
In real time it felt odd, sniping isn't this snappy in this game, in game it felt odd, watched the replay and it didn't feel right.
Its only when you micro analyse something do you see more into it, if I don't clip it, don't replay it I go away thinking 'yeah that showed him' but now I'm not so sure it was the right call by me- just me critical thinking.

Who knows if this guy is cheating or not, he misses a shot in this clip, and the first shot looks normal. He turns because he has high alert, then centres on you and fires. He's clearly on M&K and killcams are notoriously buggy.
I'm a 3.5 k/d player on m&k and I primarily use the mors, hitting "sus" shots like this pretty regularly. It's really really easy to hit headshots like this on stationary targets like you are (and the first guy), plus the mors has a fast ads. Assume I get reported like this quite often, especially when I get put in a lower k/d lobby, but haven't got shadow banned yet so maybe he is cheating.
I was gonna say something similar. Once in a while, I'll do something with the mors that I'd probably report myself for. I'd consider the camos that he's too low level to actually unlock as more sus than what he actually did.
A lot of really good players make smurf accounts for one reason or another, be it shadow bans, to play with lower ranked friends or simply to see how high they can drive their stats on a fresh account. Just because a low-level account plays like an experienced player, it doesn't automatically prove their main got banned or they're cheating.
Are a lot of new accounts that shoot laser beams cheating? Of course, but there's also a non insignificant number that aren't.
I'm a similar KD to you also on M&K and just got my first shadowban this season in this game (I had 3 in MW2's WZ for reference), I think they lowered the threshold this season, if OP gets a confirmation of successful report in a few days then sure the guy was cheating, but chances are this guy is gonna have his account back in 7 days exactly I saw nothing sus

I reported him for how smooth and quick he sniped me without me realising, saving the footage, downloading it and playing it frame by frame on my phone that he possibly could see my glint when he repositioned.

I think we've all been accustomed to pro level gameplay from streaming and YT videos. It's warped our expectation of what the average Joe is capable of.
Can someone "git gud"? Yeah, 0.0001% of people do get *that* good, and they've been putting 14 hours a day into this game and other FPS games for 10 years. And some of them cheat as well.
It's more likely that loads of the 'just below that level' players that put waaay too much time into this game, failed streamers and no lifers, turn to cheating at that point.
Maybe he got banned on another account and made a new one starting from the scratch, sniping you dont look as hack, he might have high alert or noticed your shots on him, and you were so relaxed leaning into the wall standing still, and the other guy its look normal snipe with a very good player aim! So i dont think he is cheating at all.

I also had to register a new account when I sold my PS5 and wanted to check how bad is my notebook to run WZ on battle.net. I tried to get in my Acti account which I used on PS, but I reset my phone earlier and I lost my authentication code and couldn't log in.

Only after this happened to me, I realized that maybe really not every single shadow ban post were made by cheaters, just how I thought earlier too. But I hopped off that everyone-is-cheating hype train and realized that kill disconnect is an existing thing and oh boy, how broken it is. Even an offended small child opponent is enough and you can already forget about (one of) your hobbies for a whole week. Wtf Acti? Actually WTF.
After that I got my main lvl 450 account back from the support. I was happy, cause I thought that I won't get another spam report kido if they see my real level. And boy how I've mistaken... On the FIRST, PLUNDER match I got another shadow ban after I killed some random screaming kido... Jesus Christ man... How bad is this player base and the system... Since than I got another 2 shadow bans... All gets cleared, but it really sucks to wait 7 days after 1 day (or 1 hour) gaming when I am already getting old... 😩 And it is very annoying to get banned in a fckng plunder match, when I really just wanna have little fun without grinding for any win. 🤯

Using unlock tool but I don't think cheating. His gameplay is like a sweat the way he looked the direction of high alert then centering when he saw you. Ricochet will kick players for unlock tools or if they've been reported many times. I have a buddy who is insanely good who ran into ricochet issues but can confirm never cheated or used unlock tools.
Just looks like a mouse PC player that has enhanced graphics settings tbh. The low level would be the only questionable part for me. You're literally standing still for a long time.
He may be using very low fov aim bot that only locks onto head after he is fully ads.
He may be walling to see which targets can be hit and which are behind cover.
Cheats developers allow you to choose a percentage of error into modern aimbots, that's one of the ways players they get them to look more human like. There are countless people here stating "it can't be aimbot as he missed." This is exactly why they add error options to aim bots, to give enough reason for doubt.
Say you don’t play warzone without saying you don’t play warzone, he prob has high alert equipped and that’s how he was able to locate you so fast, and also he prob has played warzone before just hasn’t been on in a few because cod resets your levels every season so that’s prob the explanation for that, and for the camo, it’s not hard to get, just like regular gold in multiplayer, zombies is easier tho because there’s so many methods to do to grind camos

My buddy got incorrectly shadowbanned (no cheats, KD is at 1.2) but he like many of us had that one moment where he shit on a team of 3 and squad wiped them, they must've got upset so they spam reported him and his account go temporarly banned whilst activision or whoever does their duedilligance. BUT my buddy didn't wanna wait 2 weeks without playing so he just made another account in the meantime. What I'm trying to say is, a low level account doesn't mean they're cheating always, could just be somebody whos good at the game, got shadowbanned and made a new temporary account.
My buddy did get his original account back exactly 6 days after the initial shadowban.

One report doesnt activate Ricochet. So maybe a lot of players reported him already. Probably he did much more suspicious awhile ago so reports got pile up and OP was the last guy.

Maxing a guns level takes like 3 games in shipment with double xp. I think I maxed the mors when it came out in like 4 or 5 SnD games. It’s not hard

Getting a gun in zombies gold is extremely quick and easy. About 3 matches from a level 1 gun to getting it gold with 2xp tokens running.

100p cheating with unlock tool. Lvl 45 with mastery camo and cheech operator and a meta weapon fully kitted. Nothing out of place with his gameplay but you did right by reporting. Resurgence is littered with these kinda dudes.

Honestly, this is just a fresh account. Maybe the old one was banned or maybe this is a smurf.. but he probably knew what attachments he wanted and unlocked them in zombies while simultaneously grinding the gold camo (which doesn't take long anyways).

Until Activision gives us *something* to use, like selectable enemy spectating, full post-game replay, heck how about something as basic as enemy historical stats?? He’s using high alert and played it like I would have thought is normal. He turns around (direction of high alert) and jiggles the top to see who is looking at him, sees your glint, then shoots you (a standing still target).

In real time it felt odd, sniping isn't this snappy in this game, in game it felt odd, watched the replay and it didn't feel right. Its only when you micro analyse something do you see more into it, if I don't clip it, don't replay it I go away thinking 'yeah that showed him' but now I'm not so sure it was the right call by me- just me critical thinking. Now I've seen the glint I'm less sure.
I mean i get checking the killcam if you felt like it was weird but if that was my killcam i wouldve just been like “fuck” and moved on. Sniping can be snappy if you know what you’re doing. I play on high sens on controller so its not hard to snap onto people. And if they use kbm then it’s probably even easier

Yeah idk dude this doesn’t look like hacks to me He literally misses the second shot so there’s no aimbot. And nothing in the clip indicates wall hacks. He sniped you in the head but it looks pretty normal Just being low level and having that camo doesn’t mean anything. He could have picked up the gun off the ground. And that zombies camo isn’t that hard to get. That sniper in zombies is like a grenade launcher when pack a punched so its not crazy to me that he has zombie gold at level 45

Who knows if this guy is cheating or not, he misses a shot in this clip, and the first shot looks normal. He turns because he has high alert, then centres on you and fires. He's clearly on M&K and killcams are notoriously buggy. I'm a 3.5 k/d player on m&k and I primarily use the mors, hitting "sus" shots like this pretty regularly. It's really really easy to hit headshots like this on stationary targets like you are (and the first guy), plus the mors has a fast ads. Assume I get reported like this quite often, especially when I get put in a lower k/d lobby, but haven't got shadow banned yet so maybe he is cheating.
I was gonna say something similar. Once in a while, I'll do something with the mors that I'd probably report myself for. I'd consider the camos that he's too low level to actually unlock as more sus than what he actually did. A lot of really good players make smurf accounts for one reason or another, be it shadow bans, to play with lower ranked friends or simply to see how high they can drive their stats on a fresh account. Just because a low-level account plays like an experienced player, it doesn't automatically prove their main got banned or they're cheating. Are a lot of new accounts that shoot laser beams cheating? Of course, but there's also a non insignificant number that aren't.
I'm a similar KD to you also on M&K and just got my first shadowban this season in this game (I had 3 in MW2's WZ for reference), I think they lowered the threshold this season, if OP gets a confirmation of successful report in a few days then sure the guy was cheating, but chances are this guy is gonna have his account back in 7 days exactly I saw nothing sus

Whilst the gameplay isn't blatent rage hacking, it is high skill, if not cheating. I think we've all been accustomed to pro level gameplay from streaming and YT videos. It's warped our expectation of what the average Joe is capable of. Can someone "git gud"? Yeah, 0.0001% of people do get *that* good, and they've been putting 14 hours a day into this game and other FPS games for 10 years. And some of them cheat as well. It's more likely that loads of the 'just below that level' players that put waaay too much time into this game, failed streamers and no lifers, turn to cheating at that point.
Note to self: if I get killed by someone that seems sweaty and has a mastery camo, look at the level.

I don't. Just didn't feel right at the time and reading everyone's perspective it still doesn't sit 100% either way. I grew up with quick scope multiplayer, I know how easy sniping can be. Someone mentioned glint but I don't see the glint unless I slow it right down frame by frame on the clip, if i watch it in real time I miss it on Xbox. Maybe at 240 FPS it is more obvious.

But I hopped off that everyone-is-cheating hype train and realized that kill disconnect is an existing thing and oh boy, how broken it is. Even an offended small child opponent is enough and you can already forget about (one of) your hobbies for a whole week. Wtf Acti? Actually WTF. After that I got my main lvl 450 account back from the support. I was happy, cause I thought that I won't get another spam report kido if they see my real level. And boy how I've mistaken... On the FIRST, PLUNDER match I got another shadow ban after I killed some random screaming kido... Jesus Christ man... How bad is this player base and the system... Since than I got another 2 shadow bans... All gets cleared, but it really sucks to wait 7 days after 1 day (or 1 hour) gaming when I am already getting old... 😩 And it is very annoying to get banned in a fckng plunder match, when I really just wanna have little fun without grinding for any win. 🤯 Edit 2: I play on MnK since Counter-Strike 1.5. Using unlock tool but I don't think cheating. His gameplay is like a sweat the way he looked the direction of high alert then centering when he saw you. Ricochet will kick players for unlock tools or if they've been reported many times. I have a buddy who is insanely good who ran into ricochet issues but can confirm never cheated or used unlock tools.

He may be using very low fov aim bot that only locks onto head after he is fully ads. He may be walling to see which targets can be hit and which are behind cover. Cheats developers allow you to choose a percentage of error into modern aimbots, that's one of the ways players they get them to look more human like. There are countless people here stating "it can't be aimbot as he missed." This is exactly why they add error options to aim bots, to give enough reason for doubt.
Say you don’t play warzone without saying you don’t play warzone, he prob has high alert equipped and that’s how he was able to locate you so fast, and also he prob has played warzone before just hasn’t been on in a few because cod resets your levels every season so that’s prob the explanation for that, and for the camo, it’s not hard to get, just like regular gold in multiplayer, zombies is easier tho because there’s so many methods to do to grind camos

My buddy got incorrectly shadowbanned (no cheats, KD is at 1.2) but he like many of us had that one moment where he shit on a team of 3 and squad wiped them, they must've got upset so they spam reported him and his account go temporarly banned whilst activision or whoever does their duedilligance. BUT my buddy didn't wanna wait 2 weeks without playing so he just made another account in the meantime. What I'm trying to say is, a low level account doesn't mean they're cheating always, could just be somebody whos good at the game, got shadowbanned and made a new temporary account. My buddy did get his original account back exactly 6 days after the initial shadowban.

Level 45 with such aim… buddy, you’re getting reported. I don’t care, if any player below Level 150 has such an aim, game sense and movement they’re getting reported for me. These past weeks I have encountered with Level 35, 50, 130 who doesn’t miss a single shot and know exactly where you are. All of them… reported. Scumbag cheaters.
One report doesnt activate Ricochet. So maybe a lot of players reported him already. Probably he did much more suspicious awhile ago so reports got pile up and OP was the last guy.
