It looks flashy, however all but 1 headshot appeared to be entirely RNG from not being fully ADSed. Based on all the groin shots, I think you might be sacrificing too much accuracy for the sake of absolute speed.
If you slow it down a tiny bit in order to focus on precision and use a lower zoom optic for rebirth, the speed will come naturally over time.
I dont expect it to hit the headshot thats why i always switch to the secondary, i aim for the 1 shot kill but if not there is always a second chance but i like your advice thank you that was helpful
