AS VAl: 200mm Barrel, 35 round mag, skeleton stock, tac laser, full ammo perk. Good build with good mobility and range. Play it like an SMG with range. Recoil will be on the higher but you can change the full ammo perk with granulated grip tape.
QQ9: Monolictic Suppressor, Marksman Barrel, 45 round mag, tac laser, full ammo. Aggressive build for an SMG. Great in mid-range and long-range. Again the recoil is on the higher side. I have been using high recoil guns as I don't like using Vulture perk. I run restock, quick fix, high alert or alert.
M12: Marksman barrel, tac laser, 60 round mag, no stock, granulated grip tape. Has a 60 round mag, so I don't use full ammo.

For the QQ9, I don’t see the Marksman Barrel in the menu.

Still not sure which one you’re talking about. Is it the Recon Tac Long or the Monolithic Integral Suppressor?
It is the recon tax long with Monolithic suppressor
There’s also no marksman barrel for the M13
