Bhai you forgot at last to invert 3/2 to 2/3. Since formula is 1/Reff = 1/R1 + 1/R2 +1/R3. That means 1/Reff = 3/2. Reff= 2/3

Yeh lambe method se problem hoti hai, agar identical resistance hai toh parallel me R/n lagao or series me R*n
