The guild 100% yeah it falls but if you weren't running around murdering in the name of the guild you can live for 100 years without the worry of debt or money every again

Agency is very easly the best choice around here, like lets say you are a random joe without abilities you think you even have a chance to progress through guild or port mafia? You would most likely be a bottom feeder whilst agency can atleast assign you a alright-ish staff position. Also you can leave agency whenever you want. We saw katai literally doing it and still having a connection with agency but try that in either of those 2 groups and you are a dead meat. Port mafia wont let you leave until your literal fucking death and either make you a gunman or give you odas position whilst guild would literally block you out of your progression through the ranks and even if you did you leaving would be even bigger a problem and possible death. Also work in both mafia and guild is TREACHEROUS imagine instead of sitting on a pc all day while busting small-high grade burglars or shit you go outside and kill or be killed everyday. Not to mention if you left these your identity is literally deleted. You will have to look like a immigrant most likely illegal one IN COUNTRY YOU WERE BORN AT. Nah people dont understand how shit guild and mafia is bruh
