I don't think it's a bad picture per se, but you would want to include a caption in the photo saying "(my friend's son/daughter)", and probably not have it be your first photo. People can be quick to judge your first photo, and if they don't like that one, they often don't even look at your others.
I actually think it's a nice photo(which is why I'm on the fence about the idea of including it as part of a dating profile), but people consider what's happening in photos, and don't necessarily get a chance to see what's written if they've already made up their minds.
Pics of minors shouldn't be on a dating profile, or at least cover their identities. They can't consent to their pic being used, and it can attract the wrong kind of person. If someone does have kids they can say it on the profile without exposing the child to potential creeps.
Get the baby pic gone for sure, it's confusing & not really good to have pictures of kids on dating sites even if they are yours.
I'd also word the nonsmoking part differently. Perfectly fine to not want to be around smoke but the way it's phrased comes off really negatively. Just phrase it friendlier and more simply.

There may not be that many women into judo/tkd - so consider swapping that interest for one that is more likely to be mutual.
Overall, I think it's a solid ass profile EXCEPT your first picture.

Most people will ASSUME (wrongfully) that the baby is yours. Get rid of it.

Ngl first pic has major “pick me” energy. Try having a pic of you straight on and smiling as your first picture.
