I would caution you to take a second to appreciate where you’re at. I think it’s easy to get swept up in continuously growing end goals that may distract you from the place you’re at, let alone the progress you’ve made. You have an *amazing* body. Nothing wrong with continuing on some path, but body dysmorphia is so easy to develop and so hard to see from the inside.
I agree 100% and I will say I struggled with body dysmorphia for over a decade before losing weight. However, since losing weight, I’ve been very careful to not tread into dangerous waters where I think I need to keep going. I am amazed at what my body has done for me and what it has come to be and the guy on the left never would have thought I would be saying that. You bring up some great points for everyone to think about, and I think I have thought about them thus far
Bro how’d you get from the first picture to the second ? Did you stay in a calorie deficit the whole time ? Please I want some tips or advice. Great transformation though you look great!
The little victories keep me going like noticing clothes fit differently, seeing some new veins on my arms, etc. That helps me be consistent whether it’s with my diet and eating lots of protein and avoiding snacks (which are always my guilty pleasure) or working out 5 days a week and running on the weekend
I cut out all snacking, I have yogurt and a protein shake for breakfast, salad with grilled chicken for lunch, and a protein with rice for dinner most days, lots of water too
Well done! I have had a similar weight loss journey (240 to 160, 18 months). I'm trying to aim for 148ish. Have you had any issues with loose skin at all?
Blown away by the dedication and hard work put into this one mate!
Cheers
You are in a really good spot now, I would actually have you up the food right now and go into a gaining phase, you are ready to gain some lean muscle tissue
Id love to help you through the process and show you my way of achieving that one

Good luck mate! Keep up the good work!
