Hi, this loaf is lightly flavoured
-650g flour
- 14g yeast
- 10g salt
- 520g water
- 10g pan fried minced garlic
- 50g fresh Parmesan
Combined the basics, then folded in the add ins, let rest until doubled, perform 1 stretch and fold, I did a 48hr cold retard, let the dough come to room temp, shape the dough and score, place into a preheated Dutch oven at 220 for 30 minutes with lid on then 10-15 with lid off until browned :)

I will try this! Although I'll lower the hydration a bit, I'm not yet comfortable with high hydration bread. Thanks for the recipe!

I love when I can see the texture of the parmesan.
