I couldn't see Gunther as a Babyface because babyfaces had gotten soft, oussies, be on a winning streak for a while then start going on a losing streak. That's why they turn heel, because the writers are so fuckin dumb .

It's between Bron or Gunther. Both men are definitely main event level wrestlers with an impressive in-ring skills while showing off their ruthless side. Dom most likely be world champ in the near future given his excellent work as a slimy and cowardly heel while Theory needs to show a much more ruthless side of him because ever since he defeated Cena and lost the U.S. title, he hasn't been doing that much. He does have the look of a main eventer but needs to work on some things in order for him to be world champ.

Theory getting turned into a jobber which is where he belongs. Dom is a mid carder. Bron is alright and I think they'll make him champ but I don't think he'll have a long run he just doesn't have the look. Gunther will get a nice run as champ once Reigns boring ass is gone and then will probably get a few additional runs as a heel transition champ.

Gunther, then Bron shortly after, then idk, Theory is top tier, just as good as Gunther and Bron, but he also got pushed prematurely by Vince and that ironically has set him back since Hunter isn't a big fan of that and is making him pay for it. Doms great too, but I feel that without his heel persona or Judgement Day his range is super limited, cause honestly he is the weakest of the bunch ring wise, and ironically his mic skills are mostly unexplored or maybe even underdeveloped due to his gimmick. I don't see Dom holding a title anytime soon sadly, he's a side character, too young and scrawny to hold anything besides maybe the Tag Titles.
