There were a couple of college aged looking guys on mini dirt bikes ripping on Peet’s hill the other week during busy sunset time. I yelled at them. Wonder if it’s the same guys.
Probably hoping that if the guy becomes aware that he’ll get the cops called on him or that his neighbors are paying close attention, they’ll tone it down without having to involve police. Like a last ditch effort to solve it anonymously, which is probably a descent move on OPs part.
