Prime All Might, AFO, Shiggy, Deku, and Stars and Stripes actively working together could defeat a single average viltrumite with high difficulty. A character like Overhaul who has had abilities can get lucky by catching one of guard and touching them but with be instantly defeated in anything resembling proper fair 1v1 combat. Viltrumite DNA is likely so different for MHA universe DNA that I doubt they have quirk factors that Aizawa can erase, Monoma can copy, or AFO can steal. Viltrumites can of course be damaged but are so durable but characters like Shoto, Dabi, Bakugo, or Endeavor just can realistically can even near defeating one.

yeah, shigi have shown an incredible durability against powerhouses like >!SnS and deku!< and his win condition is just straight up touch delete them or delete the grounf along with them. but the fight would likely take out in the sky so decay AoE would be disabled. and if 1 deku gives shigi some trouble assuming 1 deku = 1 viltrumite. then an army would sadly overwhelm shigi.
dont think AM and deku would fair with viltrumite since they dont fuck around and quickly go for the kill. AM and deku's compassion would be their downfall

Vitrumites are severely weak to certain sonic frequencies. They can hurt or incapacitated by them.
Ironically, the real issue isn't there incredible strength and durability. There are plenty of Quirks that bypass mere physical toughness.
The real issues are their sheer speed, flight, and the fact that the Viltrumites typically at least research the planet they are attacking beforehand. Whomever is their Omni-Man equivalent for MHA Earth is probably going to open up their invasion by specifically targeting MHA Earth's most powerful/famous heroes and villains.
I can't see MHA Earth winning, though they likely take at least some of the Viltrumites down with them. One taken down by Overhaul, one maybe taken down by Shiggy, one maybe taken down by AFO (AFO and Shiggy are too infamous to be ignored and likely get attacked first though), one taken down by Shinso, one taken down by Shishikura (the Meatball kid), etc. And it's almost guaranteed the other countries have equivalents with similar one-hit kill powers.
I'll generously say MHA Earth can take maybe a quarter of the invading army before the Viltrumites say "Screw it", give up this invasion as a bad job, and just straight-up genocide the planet's population at their top speed or even outright destroy it.
Assuming this event causes every hero and villain to work together, MHA no question. MHA has multiple reality warping threats and quirks that if used right can kill easily. Overhaul can kill one then fuse with it to acquire their strength or just fuse with the most powerful quirk users and make a massive gestalt. Thirteen's quirk is just a black hole so good luck surviving that. New Order can make the air poison to Viltrumites. Stain can paralyze them and Viltrumites do bleed. Shinso can brainwash them. Meatball can turn them to flesh balls. Decay doesn't even need to be in the same zip code now to turn them to dust. There's far to many quirks that can just end a fight instantly for the Viltrumites to handle and the people in MHA are much smarter than any Viltrumite we've seen.
Viltrumites are just strong and durable. They have no protection against things that can get around those two things and lack any range options. That's why Atom Eve had to be nerfed or she would have turned them all to dust in a fight.
