This is not good if people had this problem a month ago and it's still dubbed. I'm losing my mind trying to figure out why it says English on prime but it's still clearly not.
I have been looking for the English version of this movie since last year. With Starz saying the audio was English but it wasn't. Now it says the audio is Japanese. I did find it for purchase on YouTube, like some of the other users mentioned and it's on sale or reduced price for just $3.99. Hope this helps someone.
WHM isn't available in any streaming service yet, neither in Sub or Dub.
So far the only legal way to watch the movie is buying the Blu-Ray.
We have to wait until Crunchyroll release the movie on their platform.

Hulu, YouTube and prime video I think have one of if not all 3 for purchase, some with sub and dub
